He was particularly devoted to the quest of Song Ming's theory. Third, what does the real Li Guangdi look like in history?

One year, when there was a great drought in the world, Kangxi ordered Degler to use the "I Ching" for divination, and he got that it was "? Degler then explained: "Ze is in the sky, there is rain, but if you decide to go to the villain, Ganlin can stand and fall!" Kangxi asked, "Where is the little man?" Degler replied, "Yin rides on the yang and approaches the Ninth Five," and he is the one who has the right place." Kangxi already understood that he meant the pearl. Kangxi's divination conversation with Degler was soon learned by Mingzhu, who immediately threw Degler into prison. Li Guangdi was then demoted for false recommendation.
In his later years, Li Guangdi gained the favor of Kangxi and served as a directly subordinate inspector, an official Shangshu, and a scholar of Wenyuange University. Whenever Kangxi had a major event, he summoned him to the Temple of Ben and secretly consulted him. Li Guangdi felt that the emperor was "deeply grateful" and was generally able to express his own opinions according to reason when he was "alone". Therefore, the Kangxi Emperor sighed and said, "Among the ministers, everything is for my family, and there is only one old minister's ear!"
