Scope of relocation

The relocation range of the house is north to The Xiangkan River, south to Yucai Road, west to S327, and east to the former citric acid factory dormitory area (see the red line map of the plot for details).

Relocate objects

The object of house relocation is the owner of the house within the scope of the project. If it is confirmed by publicity that it is an ancient household, it shall be implemented in accordance with the sixth paragraph of Article 6 of this Plan. If the house to be relocated can provide relevant valid licenses, the area of compensation and resettlement shall be determined according to the area on the license, and if it cannot be provided or there is no license, it shall be implemented in accordance with Article 7 of this plan.

Relocation compensation and resettlement

The method of compensation for relocation ▼▼▼▼ The compensation method for residential housing is two kinds of monetary compensation and the exchange of housing property rights, which are selected by the relocated person. Non-residential housing is compensated in monetary terms. Where the relocated person chooses monetary compensation, he or she may enjoy appropriate subsidies, specifically: 15% of the appraisal price of the legal building area for residential houses and 5% of the appraisal price for non-residential houses; Or according to the area to be resettled, the area settled at the resettlement price of 600 yuan / ㎡ and the area settled at the preferential price of 450 yuan / ㎡ for subsidies, either of the two ways, can not be enjoyed repeatedly (calculated by the resettlement area that should be enjoyed). Grants and incentives ▼▼▼1 Subsidies

If the relocated person and the family members within the household registration (referring to the spouse, immediate family members and persons with legal adoption or guardianship relationships, etc.) need to be taken care of due to major illnesses, disabilities and low-income insurance recipients, appropriate subsidies may be given, and the subsidy objects and standards are detailed in the attached table.

2 Rewards

Where the relocated person signs a contract within the contract period determined by this plan and moves and delivers the house in accordance with the agreement, a reward shall be given. (1) Cooperation investigation award: If the relocated person cooperates with the investigation in accordance with the requirements of the relocation department's investigation announcement, each courtyard will be rewarded with 2,000 yuan. (2) Signing and demolition award: If the contract is signed and moved during the agreement period, it will be rewarded according to the legal construction area of 200 yuan / ㎡.

Property rights exchange ▼▼▼▼1 Resettlement housing and resettlement housing price housing and settlement price: The resettlement housing in this project is local resettlement and Western Xiangyuan. Settlement method of resettlement housing

If the legal area of the relocated house is less than 100 square meters, according to the legal area of the relocated house, the resettlement price can be increased within 20 square meters, and the expansion is purchased according to the expansion price within 20 square meters due to the limitation of the set type, and the remaining excess part is purchased according to the market price.

4 Housing Selection Method (1) The relocated person selects the community and the set type in the order of points according to the housing relocation agreement and the housing acceptance certificate issued by the working group within the specified time. (2) The selection and sorting of resettlement housing that chooses to exchange housing property rights adopts a double point system, and the one with the higher score is preferred. The double-point house selection method is as follows: the first signatory household receives 400 points, the second signatory household deducts 399 points, and so on; the first turnkey household receives 400 points, the second turnkey household deducts 399 points, and so on. When selecting a house, it is divided into a contracted and turnkey double point, from high to low. If the total points are the same, the order of house selection will be determined by on-site lottery. The specific selection time will be announced separately.

Relocation minimum compensation ▼▼▼1 Conditions for the relocation of individual residences, the relocated person has only one house to be relocated in the county seat, and the amount of monetary compensation obtained (excluding relocation fees, temporary resettlement compensation fees, incentives and subsidies) is lower than the minimum standard for relocation, and if the conditions are met after publicity, the relocated person shall be compensated according to the minimum compensation standard.

2 The minimum compensation policy is not implemented for one of the following circumstances(1) Since March 1, 2005, the construction area of single-family houses is less than 30 square meters due to property separation or trading, and there is no wall boundary after splitting and selling or dissolving production. (2) The relocated person whose hukou is not within the scope of relocation.

3 The minimum compensation standard for standard housing relocation is 90,000 yuan or about 50 square meters of affordable housing in a government-designated location. The settlement method for choosing a guaranteed house of about 50 square meters is: the compensation payment within 50 square meters and the house payment are offset against each other; the area of the nearest set is greater than 50 square meters, and the area beyond 50 square meters to the closest set is purchased at the expansion price.
