On November 5, Xu Bo, deputy secretary of the party committee and president of China Copper, went to Southeast Copper to investigate. Xu Bo went straight to the production plant area as soon as he got off the plane, and successively went deep into the production control center of southeast copper industry, refinery, port terminal, bonded warehouse, concentrate warehouse and other places, talked cordially with the front-line production team and post employees, and learned more about the team burden reduction, safety training and education, and the life and work conditions of employees.
At the research symposium, Xu Bo listened to the reports on the production and operation of Southeast Copper, project evaluation, benchmarking work, annual closing, and next year's budget, affirmed the mental state of Southeast Copper cadres and employees, and put forward specific requirements for team burden reduction, employee life, post-project evaluation, electricity price policy and other work.
Xu Bo pointed out that the southeast copper industry must fully understand the importance and urgency of reaching the production standard, which is the need for the survival and development of the enterprise, and also the need for the development of the cause of cadres and employees; the second is to face the existing problems in accordance with the requirements of the standard, conscientiously implement the external conditions, and make every effort to achieve the standard and achieve the production. It is necessary to do a good job in sulfuric acid sales, continuously promote the "421" work, effectively reduce comprehensive costs, and solve problems in operation with extraordinary working methods; third, we must carry forward the spirit of "three unbeliefs," conscientiously rectify problems, adhere to the concept of "dripping water through stones, weak birds flying first," and give full play to their own potential; fourth, we must strengthen the building of the contingent of cadres and the building of a clean and honest government, and strengthen our confidence and determination to overcome difficulties.
