After graduating from college, this young man born in 1987 dared to return to his hometown to start his own business, self-financed to set up a family farm, and became a new farmer; he dared to innovate the agricultural production model and took the lead in demonstrating the "rice-fish co-cultivation" ecological three-dimensional breeding technology in the local area; he was concerned about increasing agricultural income, farmers getting rich, and rural development, and over the years actively promoted the ecological three-dimensional breeding technology of paddy fields, leading the surrounding villagers to walk out of a road of ecological agriculture to get rid of poverty and get rich. 01 Rice paddy fish farming, traditional agriculture has a new pattern
Singao Town is a strong agricultural town and is known as the "Land of Fish and Rice". However, Sun Fei found in his contacts with villagers that ordinary people often "tied" in the fields all year round for a few acres of land, and the quality of the rice they worked so hard to grow was not high, and it was difficult to sell at a good price. Sun Fei feels that the traditional rice planting method is both hard and inefficient, and only by developing high-efficiency and large-scale agriculture can we truly liberate farmers from the land and allow farmers to fundamentally get rid of poverty and become rich. After some exploration, based on the reality of the countryside, he decided to develop a large-scale planting industry.
In July 2011, Sun Fei, who had just graduated from university, contracted more than 30 acres of land in his hometown of Heheng Village and founded the Hantu Family Farm. Through field trips, various agricultural training and consulting with local farmers, he quickly achieved a transformation from entry to entry. In one year, Sun Fei expanded the contracted land to more than 300 mu, began to plan rice field fish farming, and developed "rice-fish co-cultivation" ecological three-dimensional agriculture. He raises bearded catfish in rice fields, using food chain relationships to protect rice with fish and fish with rice to achieve ecological circulation, and does not apply chemical fertilizers and pesticides during the planting process.
For the first time, he tried the new ecological breeding technology of "rice-fish co-cultivation", and Sun Fei experienced the hardships of entrepreneurship. In order to observe the growth of rice and the condition of fish fry at any time and prevent the intrusion of natural enemies such as snakes and rats, he built a temporary work shed on the edge of the field, and all ate and lived in the shed. After more than four months of hard work, he finally reaped success, producing more than 750 catfish and more than 1,000 catties of rice per mu. Because the new planting method not only effectively controls the pests in the rice field, but also reduces environmental pollution, the rice produced is soft and sweet. However, when he put the product on the market, he was not recognized and understood by customers for a while. He gritted his teeth and decided to adopt a half-buy-half-get-half-get strategy, first letting customers taste quality products. With a good marketing strategy, rice has achieved a good response in the market. In order to build brand benefits and protect intellectual property rights, Sun Fei has applied for the registration of the "Han Tu" brand rice trademark and the rice field ecological fish farming method patent.
In the face of the willingness of surrounding farmers to teach them the three-dimensional model of rice and fish farming ecology, Sun Fei did not hesitate to lead everyone to start a business together. Under his leadership, in 2013, 10 villagers were led to engage in ecological planting of rice fields on more than 100 mu of land. In 2014, Sun Fei led the establishment of Taizhou Qingrong Rice Planting Professional Cooperative, attracting 158 members, transferring more than 1,130 mu of land in local and surrounding villages and towns, and driving 156 rural surplus laborers to employment. Up to now, he has experimented with and demonstrated six kinds of rice field ecological three-dimensional breeding mode, and demonstrated and promoted more than 4,000 mu of rice field ecological three-dimensional breeding in the whole region, with an average output value of about 5,000 yuan per mu.
In order to comply with the trend of large-scale operation of rural collective land, he also established the Taizhou Han Soil Plant Protection Professional Cooperative, which solved the worries of crop disease prevention and control for more than 100 farmers, and comprehensively promoted the successful experience achieved in the local area. In addition, he also transferred the land for the cultivation of special fruits such as kiwifruit and peach, and explored new ways of entrepreneurship such as agricultural leisure tourism and agricultural picking experience. Nowadays, Sun Fei has developed the Hantu family farm into a comprehensive ecological farm integrating ecological breeding, leisure tourism, and agricultural experience, which not only popularizes the rice field ecological three-dimensional breeding technology, drives more and more villagers to devote themselves to ecological three-dimensional agriculture, but also further expands the comprehensive benefits of agricultural production, and demonstrates and drives surrounding farmers to get rich.
Some people say that Sun Fei is stupid, after all, his peers are wrongdoers. But Sun Fei did not feel so, "My dream is to lead everyone to jointly develop ecological agriculture and get rich together." He has won the title of "Top Ten New Professional Farmers" in Jiangsu Province, the title of "Young Double Creation Talents" in Jiangsu Province, and was successfully elected as the tenth "National Rural Youth Prosperity Leader" in January 2017.

Sun Fei took the lead in organizing 6 local people's congress deputies at the municipal, district and town levels who are engaged in agricultural breeding and agricultural product processing, and attracted more than 20 local family farmers and large breeding households to join the rice field fish and rice specialty franchise store he founded free of charge, enter the Tmall flagship store, and expand the online sales scale of local agricultural products. During the new crown pneumonia epidemic this year, in order to help the "three rural areas", Sun Fei was even more "transformed" into a cargo anchor, participating in a number of poverty alleviation live broadcast activities, sharing the food and beauty of his hometown with the majority of netizens, accumulating more than 20,000 people (times) on the platform, and the cumulative amount of orders placed was 500,000 yuan. Under the influence of Sun Fei, local agricultural product production enterprises have also begun to "touch the net".
Heheng Village, where Sun Fei is located, is located in the Lower River area of Suzhongli, and is named by the United Nations Environment Programme as the "World's 500 Best" ecological environment. Therefore, maintaining the ecological environment and promoting green development has become Sun Fei's unshirkable responsibility. In recent years, Sun Fei has achieved good economic and social benefits by giving full play to the advantages of rural tourism and ecological rice, developing the "ecological +" industry, and holding rural tourism festivals at the same time. Now every spring, nearly 1,000 acres of purple clouds will bloom in the green wilderness, becoming a beautiful and beautiful scenery in Heheng Village, attracting countless tourists to stop and enjoy.

03 Advise and perform duties, escorting the rural "return geese"
From the "peacock flying southeast", a large number of farmers left the countryside to fight in the city, to the present, some outstanding talents "Wutong hometown species", re-rooted in the countryside, "guiyan economy" is becoming a beautiful scenery in the wave of economic development, injecting a strong impetus into the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.

Sun Fei suggested that service departments should make good use of new media channels, give play to the means of new media communication in view of the characteristics of most young people who prefer to obtain information from the Internet, and expand the coverage of the policy publicity of young people who have returned to their hometowns to start a business.
In addition, Sun Fei also mentioned that it is necessary to continuously revise and optimize the current service policy in view of the difficulties and pain points in the process of youth entrepreneurship. For example, he said, in the current policy of economic entities such as college graduates returning to their hometowns to establish agricultural science and technology enterprises and rural tourism projects to enjoy entrepreneurial subsidies and fee reductions, special emphasis is placed on the precondition within 5 years of graduation, which invisibly raises the threshold for entrepreneurship and also hits the enthusiasm of entrepreneurs. Therefore, he suggested that the restrictions on graduation time be lifted according to the current economic situation, so that more young people who dream of doing great things in the rural areas can be helped.
In order to avoid entrepreneurial youth from taking detours in exploring policies, Sun Fei also suggested that the Finance Bureau, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments closely related to the entrepreneurial services of returned youth should establish a departmental linkage mechanism to provide one-stop services to save the time and energy of entrepreneurial youth in handling procedures and running processes. To this end, Singao Town has specially built a Longchuang Incubation Park of about 4,800 square meters dedicated to youth entrepreneurship, so that more rural youth can share the opportunity to shine in life. At present, there are more than 500 "new farmers" among the agricultural employees in the town, and nearly 20 people have been commended at all levels.
