The Putian Expressway Jianning West Interchange A ramp reconstruction and upgrading project is located in the southwest of Hualin Village, Xikou Town, Jianning County, with a total length of 1.124km, a civil engineering cost of about 13 million yuan, a two-way four-lane road, and a design speed of 40km/h.
