U.S. Vice President Harris will visit Singapore and Vietnam from 23 to 26 this month. Judging from the content of his speech and his actual actions, one of the purposes of Harris's current trip to the Asia-Pacific region is to provoke and co-opt China's neighbors, continue to engage in the "anti-China clique" under the leadership of the United States, try to create trouble at the doorstep of China's home, and engage in encirclement and encirclement of China. However, if harris came to the Asia-Pacific region so far and wide, and visited the two countries one after another in order to fool around with anti-China and rumor-mongering, the threshold for the US vice president to run errands is inevitably too low and somewhat inconsistent. Harris has been nominated by Biden as a deputy and has been serving as vice president of the United States for more than half a year, but in this half a year, Harris has basically no diplomatic experience in foreign visits, and the main issues he is responsible for are basically assigned by Biden's planning and personal authorization by Biden.
