On the 9th, the Standing Committee of the 15th Municipal People's Congress held its 41st meeting to deliberate on the appointment and dismissal of personnel and appoint Comrade Lu Weidong as vice mayor of nantong municipal people's government. Zhuang Zhongqiu, executive deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and deputy secretary of the party group, presided over the meeting and issued a letter of appointment.

The meeting decided

Comrade Lu Weidong was appointed vice mayor of the Nantong Municipal People's Government; Comrade Shan Xiaoming was dismissed from his post as vice mayor of the Nantong Municipal People's Government.

Accept Comrade Cao Jinhai's request to resign as a member of the Standing Committee of the 15th People's Congress of Nantong City due to work changes, and report to the Nantong Municipal People's Congress for the record.

Entrusted by the Chairman's Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, Zhuang Zhongqiu issued a letter of appointment to the newly appointed personnel. Comrade Lu Weidong took the constitutional oath.

Dong Zhengchao, Huang Weicheng, Ge Yuqin, Chen Jun, vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and Yang Yang, secretary general of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, attended the meeting. Leading comrades of the "one government, one committee, two procuratorates," responsible comrades of relevant municipal departments, the committees and offices of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and the liaison offices of the people's congresses of the development zones, as well as some municipal people's congress deputies attended the meeting as observers.
