Embiid knocked over his opponent, and the 76ers explained: I don't care about Gidey, Jojo can't fall

In today's regular season, the 76ers beat the Thunder 115-103 on the road.

With 1 minute and 21 seconds left in the game, Thunder rookie Josh Gidey attempted a quick-break dunk and was fouled by 76ers center Joel Embiid before both threw them out of bounds and crashed into the basket. The Thunder audience then began booing, expressing their dissatisfaction with the foul.

The 76ers narrator said, "My question is, then why are you still running fast?" If you don't want others to work so hard, then why do you run so fast? The 76ers are just chasing their opponents. Joe Joe just doesn't want to make it easy for opponents to score. I was just worried he was falling. No intention of targeting Gidey, but I don't care about him at all, this guy (Embiid), you don't want to see him fall because as a 76ers fan you're going to be worried. ”

The remarks have been heavily criticized on U.S. social media and forums.
