Founded in 1995, Huashi Dajiao Center is a professional tutoring service organization managed by the Work-study Management Center of East China Normal University and officially registered by the Bureau of Industry and Commerce.

Some people may think that most people outside the system do not have "teacher qualification certificates".

This huge group consists of three main groups of people:
1. After the promulgation of the "double reduction" order, a large number of off-campus training institutions have either closed down or laid off employees. A large number of people with "teacher qualification certificates" are unemployed.
2. Every year, thousands of teacher training college students graduate, most of them hold "teacher qualification certificates", but few people can enter the system as teachers in a short period of time.
3. Every year, millions of non-teacher training graduates join the "Teacher Qualification Certificate" national unified examination team. In 2019 alone, about 9 million people across the country registered for the exam.
This huge group, since they have a "teacher qualification certificate", most people want to be teachers.
If you can't stand on the podium and give a lecture to everyone, you can only go deep into the family to tutor one-on-one.
