Soon, rescuers arrived at the scene. The commander of the rescue station immediately ordered the team members who had taken protective measures to find the nearest place to the vehicle to go down the river to conduct reconnaissance, and during the investigation, it was found that a person inside the car was trapped.

In order to win rescue time, firefighter Wang Jie jumped into the river from a 3-meter high platform on the north side of the river after taking protective measures for water rescue and swam to the falling vehicle.
