"The first is to ensure that the nomination, recommendation, and determination of representative candidates are done; the second is to ensure that election announcements, voting and other related matters are done; the third is to ensure that strict law and discipline are strictly prohibited, and it is strictly forbidden to disrupt the election order; and the fourth is to ensure the implementation of epidemic prevention and control work at every stage and in every link."
