Beijing, 3 Apr (China News Service) -- On 2 April, a seminar on the observation of the film "Between Heaven and Earth," sponsored by the Literary and Art Criticism Center of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and given policy guidance by the National Poverty Alleviation Publicity and Education Center, was held in Beijing.
The movie "Between Heaven and Earth" takes the poverty alleviation experience of young agricultural expert Peng Xiaoyu and returnee young Kang Ming in Gushu Village, a deeply impoverished village, as the theme, and tells the arduous process of how two young people who have helped the poor turn green waters and green mountains into golden mountains and silver mountains.
Xu Yuechun, director of the Literary and Art Criticism Center of the China Federation of Literary and Art Critics, vice chairman and secretary general of the China Literary and Art Critics Association, believes that the movie "Between Heaven and Earth" uses youthful colors and fresh style to depict the serious and grand theme of poverty alleviation, reflecting the creative direction of moving closer to the aesthetics of young audiences. He pointed out that the film shows the natural features of fengjie, which is unique in green mountains and clear waters, showing a positive and upward image of contemporary youth, and the introduction of trendy elements such as glass boardwalks, high-altitude rock climbing, and live streaming with goods, which are loved by young people, break through the stereotypical stereotypes of film and television dramas on the theme of poverty alleviation, and present a distinct style of the times.

Yin Hong, vice chairman of the China Literary and Art Critics Association, vice chairman of the China Filmmakers Association, director of the New Media Literary and Art Criticism Committee of the China Literary and Art Critics Association, and professor of Tsinghua University, said on the same day that "Between Heaven and Earth" has the characteristics of "Times Report" and embodies the distinct theme of the times of accurate poverty alleviation and comprehensive well-off. With a smooth and natural plot, rhythm, details and character language, the work delicately shows the youth style and civilian heroic temperament of the two poverty alleviation cadres, and highlights the regional humanistic style and its artistic charm in the video expression of the Damei Fengjie Festival.
It is reported that the film "Between Heaven and Earth" has now been shortlisted for the 12th Macao International Film Festival, and the premiere ceremony is scheduled to be held on April 15. Guang'an Shiyuande Film and Television Media Co., Ltd. and Zhongbian (Chongqing) Film and Television Media Co., Ltd., as co-producers, plan to promote the film to all parts of the country for release in mid-April.
