Founded in December 2012, Guangxi Nanning Petroleum ASEAN Embassy District Gas Station Youth Civilization has 17 employees and 10 young employees under the age of 35, which is a youth collective that can "fight" in the front line of Energy Service Supply in Guangxi. Adjacent to the Nanning Consulate District and only a 5-minute drive from the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center, the station is a "net red" gas station serving near the ASEAN Expo for 8 consecutive years.
Build an elite team to establish a new trend of tackling tough problems and creating results
The ASEAN Embassy District gas station is a training base for new recruits, with many new employees and uneven skills. In order to solve the lack of skills of new employees, the young backbone of the station excavated sales experience together and compiled the "Thirteen Articles of Selling Treasure" for new employees to learn. At the same time, the young sales backbone guides new employees one-on-one, reviews their sales performance, puts forward suggestions for improvement, and forms a sales model that suits the personality of employees and makes customers happy to accept according to their own personality characteristics.
Through "mentoring and apprenticeship" and "passing on help", the station continues to cultivate a comprehensive business of young backbone, and 90% of the employees who have obtained the skill level of junior workers or above in the station, of which 60% are intermediate workers and 90% are young sales experts.
Deepen the potential and efficiency of innovation and development to lead the new trend of innovation and development
ASEAN Embassy District gas station service daily average of more than 2500 refueling vehicles, is the largest gasoline sales station in Guangxi, "gas station cars, limited venue" has become a bottleneck restricting the continued development of the station, for this reason the station set up a young backbone as the main attack and effectiveness team, in the excavation of potential and efficiency, and strive to overcome the problem of restricting development. In 2016, the station took the lead in proposing to use a side orientation to stop and refuel. After the renovation, the gas station in the ASEAN Embassy District has added 6 refueling spaces, reducing customer queuing time and nearly doubling the efficiency of refueling. In April this year, the station added two 6-gun refueling machines outside the canopy, increasing the pass rate of vehicles, enhancing the station's reception capacity, and increasing the average daily oil sales by 4-5 tons.
Polishing the service window opens up the new trend of international integration
"New Morning", "Savalika", "Savaria"... In order to facilitate the reception of guests from the consulate area and participating in the ASEAN Expo, the staff of the station took the initiative to learn the words of ASEAN Chinese and greeted the ASEAN guests with the words of the ASEAN Chinese. Among them, Liang Chunli, a young Zhuang employee from Longzhou County on the border between China and Vietnam, who speaks fluent Vietnamese, once gave the deputy consul of the Consulate General of Vietnam a thumbs up and praised: "Here to refuel and consume, you can also hear the language of your own country, it is very warm, the ASEAN Embassy District gas station is very good!" ”

During the epidemic prevention and control period, the gas stations in the ASEAN Embassy District insisted on issuing cards and recharging for 24 hours, carried out the cross-border business of "selling vegetables at gas stations", and practiced Sinopec's commitment of "continuous supply of oil products, no increase in commodities, and no closing of services". The persistence and responsibility of the young employees of the gas station in the ASEAN Embassy District have provided strong support for the resumption of work and production in all walks of life. In April this year, the ASEAN Embassy District Gas Station organized the theme activity of "Civilized Practice Promotes New Wind, Petrochemical Lei Feng Enters the Campus", and the volunteer service team actively entered the campus, set up a propaganda station to publicize No. 98 high-standard gasoline and promote "one-click refueling", answering questions related to oil products and publicizing the concept of green environmental protection for teachers and students of colleges and universities.
