Time back to December 5, 2002, in The Pitang Village committee of Shitang Town, Jeonju County, Zhu Mouwu and Zhu Moufu of the same village had a quarrel. In the course of the quarrel, Zhu Moufu injured Zhu Mouwu to death with a steel braze. After committing the crime, Zhu Moufu absconded from the crime, just like evaporation in the human world.

Through the re-sorting of this case that occurred nearly 20 years ago, the police carried out a large-scale mapping of the criminal suspect Zhu Moufu. After research and analysis, it was finally determined that the suspect Zhu Moufu was hiding in Sanya City, Hainan Province.
After grasping this clue, the criminal investigation detachment of the Guilin Municipal Public Security Bureau immediately organized an arrest team to go to Hainan Province, and obtained information that Zhu Moufu used his false identity to live and live in Lingshui County, Sanya City, Hainan Province, and finally locked his whereabouts.
On the afternoon of June 18, 2021, after several days of ambush and waiting, the police finally successfully captured Zhu Moufu, a criminal suspect who had been absconding for 19 years, at a farm in Lingshui County, Hainan Province. After surprise interrogation, Zhu Moufu confessed to the crime of killing others that year.

According to Zhu Moufu, in the 19 years of absconding, he helped others to take care of the orchard and work as a coolie to make a living, and he escaped for so many years, he never returned home once. Now that he has been caught by the police, he feels relieved and has finally ended his life of absconding.
It is reported that at present, the criminal suspect Zhu Moufu has been criminally detained, and the case is under further investigation.
