The G240 Junshan to Hubin Highway (Two Lakes Tunnel) project has been included in the "14th Five-Year Plan for Transportation Development of Hunan Province (Highways and Waterways)", and the Provincial Department of Transportation has supported the priority recommendation to be included in the national "14th Five-Year Plan" transportation construction plan, and all preliminary work is being stepped up. The State Railway Group has agreed in principle to the city to carry out the eastward transfer of the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, and put forward optimization opinions on the "Yueyang Area Railway General Map Planning" plan, and the preliminary work such as the approved general map, the approval of the work, and the preparation of special plans are being accelerated. The Sanhe Airport Reconstruction and Expansion Project has completed the overall planning revision and project approval, and strives for the civil aviation department to incorporate some of the long-term construction content of the airport reconstruction and expansion into the near-term implementation.
