Miya Shirama, a member of the Osaka idol group NMB48, announced her graduation at a group event held at the Osaka ORIX Theater on March 2.
Miyuki Shirama's graduation speech:
This is my 11th year with NMB48 and my last 1st term student. In the first term of students, I was really supported, helped, and harvested growth by many people, and because of this, I wanted to witness the first batch of everyone graduating after graduation.
Through this performance activity, I felt the growth of each member at close range, awareness, motivation, morale and resilience. I feel that NMB48 will continue to go on and bring happiness to everyone, which makes me have a great feeling.
I really like NMB48. However, you cannot always rely on NMB48. I am about to graduate from NMB48 and continue to sing, perform, and dance as Miya Shirama personally, continuing to challenge as an actor.
In the 11 years of NMB48, I have run with all my strength and have no regrets! That's the mood. It would be a great honor if you could continue to follow me and move forward with me.
At the same time as the NMB48 event, Miya Shirama's graduation concert was announced, which will be held this summer.
Born on October 14, 1997 in Osaka Prefecture, Miya Shirama worked as a reader model for NicoPuchi, a popular elementary school-oriented magazine, before joining NMB48.
On September 20, 2010, he passed the "Phase 1 Student Selection Meeting" of NMB48 and became a member of NMB48. On October 9, he made his debut as a graduate student of the first phase of NMB48 at the "AKB48 Tokyo Autumn Festival".
Miyuki Shirama entered the group single selection for her first single " The Girl with Black Hair " released by NMB48 in July 2011 , and then co-starred with Kaede Yakura for the first time in 2014 ' It's Not Like Me " . Later, she entered the selection lineup of AKB48 for the first time in the 2015 single "Chorus of Hope".
Since Juri Yoshida graduated in December 2020, Miyuki Shirama became the last First-term member of NMB48.
In recent years, NMB48 has entered a period of alternation between the old and the new, and the arrival of the 5th and 6th batch of students has rejuvenated the group. Several new members, such as Saika Yamamoto, Ai kazu umeyama, Andi Yokono, and many others, are becoming more and more attractive as idols, and they are also shining in the magazine industry. As the "big sister" in the group, Miyuki Shirama assumes the responsibility of leading the group forward, and in the process of growing up, she passes on what she has learned in the past, which benefits the younger generations a lot.
