The Municipal Party Committee has carried out the activity of "learning from typical examples and promoting development" to catch up with and surpassing learning, providing us with a number of practical, effective and easy to use examples and benchmarks. Combined with its own reality, the Economic Development Zone has studied and formulated a "1+9+N" learning activity plan: 1 is to organize a comprehensive on-site observation; 9 is to organize 9 major areas, led by the person in charge of the Party Working Committee to carry out "point-to-point" learning; N is to organize N "squads" for accurate learning. On June 4, we have organized the members of the Party Working Committee and the main responsible persons of various departments and units to "learn from the experience" in Gao District, Lingang District and Nanhai New Area, which not only sees the gap clearly, but also strengthens confidence. We will adopt more methods such as "small detachments" and "light cavalry" to study accurately, learn from each other's strong points, strive to learn the essence, apply what we have learned, and promote all work to achieve new breakthroughs and reach a new level.

In terms of advanced manufacturing and investment promotion, we must learn from the experience and practices of Wenden District, Gao District, Lingang District, Nanhai New Area for accurate investment promotion and industrial chain cultivation, formulate a three-year action plan for the high-quality development of backbone manufacturing enterprises, and focus on supporting HowdenHua Engineering, Bekalt, China Merchants Jinling Ship and other enterprises to become bigger and stronger. Accelerate the implementation of the three-year action of the industrial park of the local economic cooperation demonstration zone in the China-South Korea Free Trade Zone, and make the park material as soon as possible.

In terms of modern service industry, we must learn from the experience and practices of the development of characteristic service industries in Huancui District, Rongcheng City and Comprehensive Insurance District, make every effort to break through the Wisdom Valley Industrial Park, accelerate the cultivation of Japan-South Korea commodity trading centers with Han Le Fang as the core, and create a new center for modern service industries in the city.

In terms of exquisite cities, social governance, and people's livelihood facts, we must learn from the experience and practices of grid governance in Huancui District, "credit +" governance in Rongcheng City, and rural revitalization in Rushan City, innovate and implement the "micro-facts" project of people's livelihood, implement the "1+3+N" social governance model, solve the problem of "urgent difficulties and expectations" of the masses, and continuously improve the city's refinement and mass satisfaction.

At the same time, we must study the spirit of the officers of the brother districts and cities in accordance with the standards, compare learning and racing, strive for the leading position, work hard, effectively transform the learning results into tangible development results, and make every effort to build an "open district and a vibrant new city".
