First of all, I think that in recent years, under the leadership and promotion of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the China Music Association, the overall atmosphere of the music industry is healthy and upward, and it is energetic and promising, whether it is singing the new era of endeavor, praising the decisive battle to overcome poverty, or helping to fight the new crown pneumonia epidemic and celebrate the centenary of the founding of the party, the majority of music workers can take the initiative to take action, sing the party and the motherland in the way of musicians, depict a happy life, and transmit positive energy. However, it is undeniable that under the wrapping of money worship and capital, there have been "rice circle" chaos, "only traffic theory" and illegal and immoral behavior in the field of literature and art, and some young artists have become popular overnight, relying on the blessing of capital and having no fear, fighting for traffic protection and acting arbitrarily, trampling on the moral and legal bottom line, not only damaging the healthy development of the literary and art industry, but also causing great harm to society.

Vigorously strengthen the construction of travel style, give us a good opportunity for self-examination, self-inspection and self-examination, and actively guide and build a good work style. In my opinion, literary and art workers should consciously do a good job in the following aspects.

First, it is necessary to continuously improve moral cultivation. If you want to follow the art, first lead the way. Always take virtue and art as the yardstick, strict self-cultivation, Ming Dade, Li Dade, and constantly improve social morality, professional ethics, family virtues, personal morality, self-discipline with higher moral standards, show people with excellent social image, and follow the arts with pure professional ethics.

The second is to always maintain a sense of reverence. If we want the vitality of art to last forever, we must fear the people, respect art, connect the source of life, connect the people's emotions, and express the people's vision and voice of embracing the new era with full passion, moving melody and high spirit. The study of the national opera "Daughter of the Party" has given me a deeper understanding and understanding of the two-way inheritance of art and spirit that is rooted in the people, based on tradition, deeply rooted in life, and done a good job in art and spirit with a sense of awe. The national opera "Daughter of the Party" is a classic play created by the whole army 30 years ago, Yan Su, Wang Zujun and other artists of the older generation fully integrate their affection for the party and the masses into the works, taking traditional Chinese music as the source of creation, describing the relationship between the party and the masses deeply, vividly and poetically, shaping a monument in the history of art. 30 years later, on the occasion of the centenary of the founding of the party, all the cast and crew have always had a heart of awe, and under the guidance of the artists of the predecessors who premiered, they devoted themselves to the rearrangement of the work, hoping that their interpretation could resonate with the people and be recognized and loved by the masses. I think that literary and art workers must respect art, work harder, practice more true skills, and strive to create and interpret more outstanding works that can stand the test of the people and withstand the test of history, so that they can be accepted and respected by the people.

The third is to be the leader of social trends. Literary and art workers undertake the duty and mission of bacon to cast the soul, and they must resolutely draw a clear line with the phenomenon of violating public order and good customs, resolutely curb the spread of "bad money driving out good money", and not lose themselves in the tide of capital. Abide by the bottom line, do not cross the red line, build a defensive line, with a strong temperament to ground, strong confidence, tree righteousness, consciously assume the responsibility of promoting the main theme, spreading positive energy, guiding the correct values, and jointly create a clean and healthy atmosphere in the music industry.

The tree is thousands of feet high, the roots are in the fertile soil; the art is endless, and the price is in climbing. Music workers should always maintain their original intentions, cultivate themselves, actively participate in the vivid practice of artistic creation, exert their own value for the prosperity and development of the cause, make due contributions, and make new contributions to the party and the people in the second centenary goal, and strive for greater glory!
