American nuclear physicists have been raising cattle in China for 50 years, and what are the prospects for dairy farming in the next 5 years

Why did American nuclear physicists come to China to raise cattle, and it took 50 years to raise cattle.

After two atomic bombs were detonated in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Shanghai, China, welcomed a mysterious guest.

This guest was Han Chun, who had just received his Ph.D. in physics in 1944. At the same time, Han Chun is also one of the few female scientists involved in the Manhattan Project.

However, the scientist did not come to China to study the atomic bomb, but to raise cattle.

Of course, because of the identity, the road to cattle breeding in Hanchun was not smooth at first, and a top physicist from the West ran to China, which caused quite a stir at the time.

It was not until 1952 that Han Chun appeared at the World Peace Conference and made a generous statement, strongly condemning the US nuclear attack and calling for the elimination of weapons of mass destruction.

At this time, everyone knew that HanChun had long given up his previous career and found another career for which he had struggled all his life to develop dairy cattle breeding research.

At that time, at the beginning of the founding of New China, the country had hundreds of millions of people, but there were only more than 100,000 cows, plus four dairy factories. Coupled with the blockade of Western countries, China has no way to obtain high-quality cows through the outside.

Therefore, it was in this case that Han Chun and her husband Yang had long vowed to let Chinese drink fresh milk, and since then they have done what they say and devoted themselves to the dairy farming industry.

In fact, until today, bigger and stronger national dairy industry is still our goal, in 2021 the state issued the "Social Capital Investment in Agriculture and Rural Areas Guidelines" on emphasis, to encourage social capital to build high-quality milk source base, upgrade and transform small and medium-sized dairy farms, bigger and stronger national dairy industry.

At the same time, for farms that meet the standards, the state will give subsidies, and friends who are interested in breeding subsidies can send private messages to "farms".

I am Dr. Jiang, focusing on policy interpretation, so that you do not take the wrong road, detours, see you tomorrow.
