Lin asked the reason, and He only said perfunctorily: "There are too many credit cards, but the amount of each one is not high, and only a small brush can be used." Lin also went to borrow the two-dimensional code of the payment of a friend in the milk tea shop, and borrowed He to cash out.
Within a few days, the QR code of the merchant of Lin and his friend's milk tea shop was blocked because of the risk transaction. Under the pressure of Lin Mou, He Mou explained: "It is the money from credit cards and online gambling that is transferred in." But this still did not arouse Lin's vigilance, thinking that there was nothing wrong.
Driven by interests, Lin continued to lend his POS machine to He to cash out and use it after charging a 3% swipe card commission. Until October, Lin's POS machine was also blocked by the bank. For more than two months, Lin helped He cash out as much as 100,000 yuan. As everyone knows, the money that He Mou cashed out is all the proceeds of his fraud.
In February this year, He was detained by the Huangyan Public Security Bureau on suspicion of fraud. On March 18, the Jiangkou Police Station of the Huangyan Public Security Bureau arrested Lin mou and brought him to justice. After interrogation, Lin confessed to the facts of his crime and regretted his own behavior.
At present, Lin Mou has been detained by the Huangyan Public Security Bureau according to law, and the case is still under further investigation.
