Qin Lixin, who joined the army in 2001 and served in the Lianyungang Border Defense Detachment of the Jiangsu Armed Police Border Defense Corps, transferred to Shenzhen in May 2018, underwent examination selection, and became a police officer at the Tangtou Institute of The Bao'an Branch of Shenzhen on January 4, 2019.
