Construction of Ballastless Track of Huanghuang Railway (Chen Zhen)
On June 22, the huanghuang railway 3 standard ballastless track single line built by the fourth bureau and five companies of China Railway completed a total of 60.14 kilometers, accounting for 97% of the ballastless track project volume of the project department, which opened the final decisive battle of ballastless track construction and laid a solid foundation for the follow-up track laying construction.
Since the project started the construction of ballastless tracks on March 1, the project department has divided the construction period into 3 ballastless track construction surfaces around the track laying nodes, promoted the construction and production of ballastless tracks, and successively overcame the situation that the local rainy season, rainy rain, narrow tunnel work site, and logistics organization difficulties, successfully completed the construction of ballastless tracks in the 10.9 km tunnel group.
Relying on the research and development and application of ballastless track tooling technology by related equipment manufacturers, a series of intelligent tooling and construction technologies such as concrete automatic leveling equipment, automatic pillow distribution platform, intelligent paving machine, intelligent fine adjustment robot, and rail platform detection robot have been formed in the construction of the base and the road bed, which has improved the construction efficiency and quality of ballastless tracks.
The total length of the Huanghuang-Huang railway is 31.009 kilometers, of which the bridge length is 18.377 kilometers, the tunnel is 10, the total length is 5.489 kilometers, and the total length of the single line without ballast track is 62 kilometers. The Huanghuang Railway is an integral part of the Wuhang High-Speed Railway and the Beijing-Kowloon High-Speed Railway Section, one of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" in the National Medium- and Long-term Railway Network Planning. With a total length of 125.12 kilometers, after completion and opening to traffic, it is of great significance to improving the layout of the railway network in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, strengthening the links between the urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, implementing the national precision poverty alleviation strategy, promoting the revitalization and development of the old revolutionary area of Dabie Mountain, and promoting the rapid and coordinated development of the central region.
