On October 28, 2020, Mr. Zhang, who lives in Wenxing Garden, Caidian District, signed a contract with Yilu Xingchen (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. online to engage in freight logistics through the introduction of Yunniao Logistics. In January this year, Mr. Zhang quit the job he had been doing for more than two months, but what puzzled him was that the 4,000 yuan service fee he paid when he first joined the job was not refunded to him until half a year later. On August 18, after several negotiations by jimu news reporters, the other party transferred the service fee of 2550 yuan after deducting the normal commission to Mr. Zhang.

"I've contacted each other many times, but they've been pushing back and refusing to give money." On August 16, when the reporter contacted Mr. Zhang, he was negotiating a refund with the staff of Yunniao Logistics on WeChat.
Mr. Zhang said that he had been doing wholesale food business for a living, and because the business was becoming more and more difficult to do, by early October last year, Mr. Zhang was determined to find another way. As it happened, a cloud bird logistics recruitment message posted online attracted him, "Bring your own truck, and have operating qualifications but can be hired." There happened to be a van in the house, and Mr. Zhang, who met the conditions, immediately signed a contract with the information publisher Yilu Xingchen (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. online and paid a service fee of 4,000 yuan as required.
After joining the company, Mr. Zhang gradually learned that "Yunniao Logistics", as an online platform, is a matchmaking between truck drivers and enterprises that need freight services, mainly looking for freight companies for freight drivers and charging service fees to drivers. The 4,000 yuan paid by Mr. Zhang is a commission service fee.
The platform sends the order, Mr. Zhang completes the delivery and collects the service fee after receiving the order, and Yunniao Logistics will deduct 8% of the fee from the service fee of 4,000 yuan paid by Mr. Zhang. For example, if Mr. Zhang receives a fee of 100 yuan from his employer after completing a delivery transaction, Yunniao Logistics will deduct 8 yuan from his 4,000 yuan as a service fee.
"This kind of service is very good, the platform provides source information, I only use to be responsible for the operation of the order, after the completion of the customer's fee, the platform receives the information after the extraction of 8% of the service fee, very reasonable." Mr. Zhang said.
After joining the company, Yunniao Logistics provided Mr. Zhang with a job as a delivery company. Mr. Zhang only needed to drive his own van and send drinks, side foods, fruits and other goods to the Jiang'an District to point out the goods receiving point according to the prescribed time, and then completed the day's work. Mr. Zhang said that he can receive more than 200 yuan per day: "Not bad."
But after working for 2 months, Mr. Zhang felt that the job was too hard. "Every day at two or three o'clock in the morning, I have to go to the company, hold meetings, carry goods, start delivery to multiple receiving points in Jiang'an District at 6 o'clock in the morning, and return home after busyness often to more than 1 p.m.," too tired, feel the body can't stand it." Therefore, in early January 2021, Mr. Zhang submitted a resignation application to the logistics company and asked Yunniao Logistics to terminate the contract with it.
After the termination of the contract, Mr. Zhang inquired from the staff of Yunniao Logistics and learned that in the more than two months of his work, the company extracted about 1400 yuan of service fees, and there were less than 2600 yuan left. He offered the company to return the remaining money to himself, but the staff replied that he would need to wait for the financial review before making the payment.
In July this year, the staff went to Mr. Zhang's bank card number again, saying that the money would be credited to his card that month, but it still had not arrived until mid-August.
On August 16, the reporter contacted the staff of Shangyun Bird Logistics, and the other party said that the company did not have a situation of arrears in service fees, and generally called the other party's account within 3 working days. As for the issue of Mr. Zhang's failure to receive the service charge, the staff member indicated that it would be dealt with as soon as possible after the verification. At about 11:00 a.m. on the 18th, Mr. Zhang called the reporter and informed him that he had received the remaining service fee of 2550 yuan from the other party. "I am very grateful to Chutian Metropolis Daily for my help in getting my money back."
