Su Ji Xiang Oil Rice Flower Sugar, formerly known as "Valley Flower", has become a favorite food of the people with its characteristics of "fragrant, sweet, crisp and crisp". In the 1940s, merchants in the Suji area cooperated in the production and unified sales, and renamed "Guhua" as "Suji Fragrant Oil Rice Flower Candy", which is one of the "Three Absolutes of Suji". In 2008, it was included in the provincial intangible cultural heritage list.

The history of the production of rice flower sugar in Su Ji Xiang oil can be traced back to the fourteenth year of Ming Chongzhen (1642). Su Ji is known as the "land of fish and rice", and is rich in glutinous rice and peanuts. A pastry made by locals from rice, cane sugar, and lard oil, known locally as "grain flower". "Valley flowers" are crispy and delicious, easy to carry, and have become a gift for locals to visit relatives and friends and an essential dry food for businessmen to go out.
During the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, the Su Ji people were not satisfied with the simple production process and taste of grain flowers, and improved the production of rice flower candy, sprinkled with local characteristics, peanut candy and so on. In particular, the sesame oil rice flower candy directly established the future status of "Su Ji Production" food. Su Ji Xiang Oil Rice Candy selection is exquisite, the taste is crisp and sweet, not only loved by local consumers, but also sold to Chengdu, Yibin, Luzhou, Chongqing and other places by waterway, and exported to the United States and Southeast Asia. In 1950, when the People's Liberation Army marched into Liangshan to liberate Tibet, Su Jixiang oil, rice candy, was designated as a military munition.
In 2010, Suji Rice Candy won the title of "Chinese Time-honored Brand" in the second batch of protection and promotion of the Ministry of Commerce, achieving a breakthrough of zero "Chinese Time-honored Brand" in Leshan. In 2015, "Suji Rice Flower Candy" was identified as a national geographical indication protection product, and was noticed and reported by CCTV, Sichuan Science and Technology News, Sichuan News and other news media.

Su Ji Chao Mountain Society
Su Ji Chao Shan Hui, also known as the Xiang Hui, is a mass mountain tour and incense activity of Su Ji folk to worship Mount Emei every summer. Starting from the 28th day of the fifth month of the lunar calendar every year, the three temple fairs of Sujichang, Shazuichang and Gelaochang are held in turn for the first time. The rotating temple fair gave invitations to the other two sessions, tied up platforms, raised idols, raised flags and umbrellas, and beat gongs and drums to tour Suji three times to show that the preparatory work for the chaoshan meeting began, and then held an incense lantern ceremony to start registration for the mountain. Pilgrims are called pilgrims, also known as pilgrims, and must pay incense and oil money to the head of the council or deacon within the specified time. On June 12, the team set off toward the mountain, preceded by incense pieces (bands), then "incense bearers" (special people to send melons, fruits, tributes and other supplies), followed by pilgrims with backpacks and umbrellas, firecrackers roaring, gongs and drums, two or three hundred people marched neatly toward Mount Emei. There are also rich people who ride in sedan cars, slide poles, and rickshaws.

The pilgrimage passes through Fuxichang and Emei County, and all of them have to go to the local temple to enter the incense and ginseng gods. When you go to Emei County, you will immediately fast and eat vegetarian food, and when you go to the Wannian Temple, you will be free to move, or go to the Golden Peak, or go to other temples, and go home on your own after you have finished. When chaoshan returns, around the twentieth day of the sixth month of the lunar calendar, the meeting will also convene all pilgrims to gather (eat), publish the accounts, and the rest will be handed over to the temple for safekeeping and transferred to the following year's pilgrimage.

Su Ji Cow Lamp
Cow lantern is one of the folk cultures of Suji Ancient Town, every year in the traditional festivals and major festivals, the cow ear lamp performance, deeply loved by the people.

The cow baby appeared on her back, ran around the field, and teased the cow. The clown cranks a fan in one hand and the tail of the ox in the other, and appears with the cow. The cowherd stands upside down on the left side of the cow, and the cow rolls to the left. Then stand upside down on the right side of the cow, the cow rolls to the right, and the man and the cow cross and roll several times. The cow herder teased the cow to run, grabbed the horn with both hands, and went in and out with the cow, and finally was arched by the cow. The cowherd got up and beat the cow, and the cow rolled. The cows are bathed and the cows are itched. Cows play their flutes and cows listen. The cowherd takes out the grass in the back basket to feed the cows, and then rides on the cow's back to leave the field. Su Ji Cai Dragon
Su Ji Cai Long is one of the folk cultures of Su Ji Town. There are many forms of gameplay such as yellow dragon wrapping around the waist, back baby catching up, golden rooster independence, oolong crossing the river, oolong draft, spinning thread and punching holes, overturning the river and the sea. In 1992, the Leshan Municipal Government awarded Suji Town the title of "Dragon Lantern Town".
Su Jicailong frequently appeared in various major cultural activities held in Leshan City, and went out of Leshan to participate in the first International Coconut Festival in Sanya, Hainan Province in 1991, the Fourth International Folk Art Festival in Chengdu in 1994, and the torch relay in Leshan in 2008.
