At 10:30 a.m., it was supposed to be the lively time of the afternoon market, but there were only Kim Deming and his sister in the store, "We usually have a lot of people in the morning market here, and at 4 o'clock in the morning, people come to eat noodles." He explained.
Speaking of the most distinctive place in Xieqiao Road, how many people will blurt out: "There is an ancient town, and there is lamb noodles!" "Yes, in the memory of many people, this place used to be full of pedestrians and bustling. 30 years ago, Kim Deming, who was originally a full-time radio practitioner, chose to open a noodle restaurant next to the most prosperous farmers' market, with large rows of noodles, pickle meat noodles, eel noodles... There are many kinds, but when it is cold, it is still the most popular among diners.
"Ordinary noodles are all taught by myself, lamb noodles are not good, you may not believe it, my lamb noodles are often taught by the neighbors who come to my shop to eat noodles." Jin Deming recalled that because the local lake lamb smells heavy, how to burn it has become the key, at the beginning it was not yet started, the older generation of familiar customers are very experienced, telling him how much ginger, how much garlic, how much rice wine, how much sugar, several times burned down, but also mastered the know-how.

In Kim Deming's mind, he always remembered the former Luzhong Market, "At that time, it was lively, there were department stores, there was a production materials department, and there were various dim sum shops, and the people of Xieqiao and Tongxiang would all come here on bicycles." But as the city gradually developed, the bustle of the past could only stay in his memory, and when recalling this, Kim Deming unconsciously looked into the distance, making it impossible to see his eyes.

Throughout the year, not every day there are lamb noodles for sale, the specific sale time, depends on the day. "It was colder this year, and we sold it in late September, usually until the end of the year." Sister Jin Xianmei told reporters that now the store prepares almost 20 kilograms of mutton every day, which can basically be sold out on the same day.
"It used to be lively, selling more than 100 bowls of lamb noodles a day!" What impressed her was that many elderly people living in the city, as soon as the day was cold, would take the bus to Luzhong in the morning, walk slowly to her noodle restaurant, order a bowl of crispy lamb noodles, and then with some small dishes, there will be interest, there will be a glass of old wine, while eating and chatting, eating for an hour is not too much. And this kind of sentiment also belongs to the local old man in Luzhong.
In order to meet the needs of diners to eat early noodles, in the 30 years since the store opened, Kim Deming has to get up at 3 o'clock every day, and at 4 o'clock, as soon as the roller blinds at the door of the store are opened, there are already customers waiting outside.
"Boss, do you still have lamb noodles?" During the small talk, a diner wearing a duck-tongue hat walked in, his name is Yan Jianning, 63 years old, although he is a Luzhong person, he has always lived in the city, and for this bowl of noodles, he will come to his hometown every few days.
"As long as you come to Lu Zhong, this is my canteen, and I ate lamb noodles at noon yesterday!" He said that his hometown is here, and the noodle restaurant that has been eaten for more than 20 years is still there, which is a kind of nostalgia that is constantly giving up, "It is cold, eating lamb is good for the body, from ancient times, it is like this, and it is necessary to eat lamb in winter." ”

"Now everyone's lifestyle has changed, so our noodle shop becomes a 'senior activity room' in the afternoon." Jin Deming said that in the earliest days, neighbors ate breakfast and had to go to the fields to work, but now, new communities have been built, and the ancient town has attracted more tourists, and everyone's life has become more leisurely.
"Before there were a few tourist buses from Hangzhou, dozens of customers came to my shop to eat noodles, the most popular is lamb noodles, and all of a sudden I finished eating the pot of lamb prepared for the next day!" Speaking of this, he couldn't stop laughing, in Kim Deming's view, more and more people come to Lu Zhong, and his noodle business will flourish. He said that when the new Luzhong Farmers Market is completed, the noodle shop will be relocated again, "when you come to eat noodles again, the environment will definitely be much better than now!"
