At the end of the meeting, Minister Zhao Zhiwu made a concluding speech and put forward five requirements for all senior high school teachers. One is to care for students. The second is to encourage students more and criticize students less. He proposed that now is the critical period of the entire third year of high school, and only by encouraging students to build their self-confidence can they better realize their potential. The fourth is to strengthen the construction of class style and study style, and strictly control students' use of mobile phones.
