[Smell the Chicken enlightenment] The third: the heart has faith to learn morality

[Smell the Chicken enlightenment] The third: the heart has faith to learn morality

Today's topic is "Faith in the Heart, Learning Virtue."

Chickens, with a crown on their heads, are called "Wende". Every chicken has a crown on its head, whether it is a hen or a rooster, and the crown of the hen is smaller and the crown of the rooster is larger. Generally speaking, the crown of the chicken is red, and the red color of this crown means that the chicken has a red heart, an altruistic heart, and its heart is red. In addition, the chicken crown also has a symbolic meaning, "crown" means to represent a kind of order, honor, or that it has faith and pursuit in its heart, just like a flag worn on its head. In the past, the ancient rite of passage was also called the ceremony of crowning, that is, there was a crown on the head, which represented a kind of faith, like a tight curse, you had to believe in him and pursue him. This reminds us of the inspiration of chickens. Engaging in the egg chicken industry involves people's food, involves thousands of households, and involves the food safety of thousands of people. And the product we produce, the egg, is a process that has accompanied human beings for thousands of years since ancient times, providing us with balanced nutrition.

Chickens are good friends with us humans. As people in the layer industry, we should learn from chickens, and first of all, we must have a faith in this industry. I think that's particularly important. In the past few decades, the pursuit of money has increased, and many people have lost their noble values. In the past, Chinese still believed in the ancestors, believed in morality, and even believed in religion, and in recent decades, they have excessively advocated the pursuit of money and material enjoyment, which has caused a lot of chaos in our entire world, and everyone has no bottom line in their eyes, as long as they can earn money, they dare to do anything. Because of the money, our sky is no longer blue, our air is not fresh, our surroundings are full of smog, the earth we step on is also compact, the vegetables we grow have pesticides, our food is not safe, and our lakes become turbid. Many of us are also tempted by money and material enjoyment, losing our hearts and forgetting the dreams, ideals and pursuits in our hearts.

In fact, people's pursuit is the most important. Because if you don't have a dream in your heart, you will be confused and don't know what you are doing.

What is the pursuit? Pursuit is to have a dream in the heart, to have an ideal, and this ideal is completely a beautiful value orientation that exudes the brilliance of human nature. What is the pursuit of the layer industry? One is chicken health, one is the happiness of people engaged in this industry, and the other is the prosperity of this industry, that is to say, consumers can finally be satisfied and reassured. This is our common pursuit.

And just making money can't be called a pursuit. If we have this beautiful dream in our hearts, we will not go astray; if we have a pursuit in our hearts, the chickens we raise will be healthier, we will not use drugs indiscriminately, we will not do things that harm nature and nature, we will not do things that should not be done, we will not hesitate to take means and measures that harm the interests of others for our own interests, we will not endanger chickens, we will harm our industry, and we will not harm our environment and our children and grandchildren. Because if we make a little money, we will harm our environment and our children, which is a despicable act without coercion, without pursuit, without conscience.

Personally, everyone yearns for a good life, and a good life beckons to us every day. We all want our families to be happy and our lives to be complete. But have we ever thought about whether our actions, our words, have they hurt our industry? Have you ever hurt our peers? Does it hurt our chickens? Is it harmful to our descendants? This is actually a bottom line in the industry we are engaged in. I think it is very important to engage in the bottom line of any industry, what can be done and what cannot be done, must be clear, and always adhere to.

The biggest difference between demand and pursuit is that demand is a foundation, is material, basically material is relatively strong, and the pursuit is a beautiful, ideal vision. This beautiful, ideal vision is actually the culture we yearn for in our hearts, a culture with noble feelings. This kind of culturalization in our blood will make our behavior, our ideas, our words and fabrications conform to the road, conform to the law, and conform to our common human values. What are the common values of mankind? It is "do unto others what you do not want", which is the voice of our ancestors thousands of years ago.

Then from the beginning of the Ji Egg Hall want to advocate "we meet everyone's needs on the basis of more to meet everyone's pursuit", "to make interesting things meaningful, to make meaningful things interesting", this is the pursuit of Ji Egg Tang, in fact, it is also a cultural feeling, but also a cultural pursuit.

Looking back at our industry, in fact, we are not short of technology, no shortage of varieties, no shortage of nutrition, no shortage of management, no shortage of equipment, we do not lack of funds, we seem to lack anything, but in fact, we still lack two things in the Chinese farming industry, these two things are fatal. The fact that these two things are missing is that one thing is "culture."

This culture is divided into two aspects, one is from the perspective of chickens, our understanding of chickens, love for chickens is far from enough, and it is still far from enough. I once said that we are the first year of the layer industry, and we are currently accelerating the reconstruction of this river. In fact, the most fundamental thing about reconstruction is psychology and culture. We can achieve heartfelt respect for the chicken, care for the chicken from the perspective of love, and truly understand the chicken. For example, we can see chicken culture museums in Europe, but we basically can't see them in China, and the popular education of this kind of chicken culture often brings people a kind of enlightenment and a deep touch to people's hearts. And we just use chickens as a tool to make money, or just as a food maker, I don't think that's going to last long.

In fact, do we really understand chickens? Ask yourself if we really know chickens from the heart? Have you ever experienced the joys and sorrows of chickens? Do we really love the eyes of the chicken, the feathers of the chicken, the red crown of the chicken, the claws of the chicken? Even every egg of the chicken is so perfect and so beautiful, have we really appreciated it from the heart? It can be said that many times we forget to appreciate chickens, like chickens, and love chickens. Chickens have brought so much benefit to us humans, and where is our heart? Ask yourself questions and often feel ashamed.

We once saw the Chicken Culture Museum in the Netherlands in Europe, we saw a city at the very top of the church is a chicken image sculpture, next to each family is a chicken sculpture, we see them so friendly with chickens, so respectful of chickens. Their Chicken Culture Museum also for some children from childhood to understand chickens, know chickens, do a lot of toys, including experience, painting, artwork, the chicken and children from childhood life experience combined, so that children from childhood to know chickens, understand chickens, in this point we are lacking.

Just from understanding chickens, knowing chickens, we are actually not enough. What I mean is that we have not yet cared for the chicken from the perspective of humanistic care, recognized the chicken from the perspective of animal care, and really realized from the blood that we have to respect it and love it, and maybe then our chicken culture has just begun. And the most important thing is that in these decades we have been constantly pursuing, through the pursuit of chickens, through the chicken to achieve our economic goals, and forget that we raise chickens this group of people, in fact, the group of chickens need more care, they need a humanistic spirit into their hearts.

At the beginning of the establishment of Ji Egg Hall, it was to care for the chickens and pay more attention to this group of people, which is what we call "egg parents". This group of people is very serious, very down-to-earth, they are in this industry in the unknown to contribute sweat and wisdom to everyone. They are not afraid of getting dirty and not afraid of being tired, fighting in the dirtiest and most tired places on the front line, the hottest and coldest places. They fight alongside the chickens to provide such a wonderful egg food for our entire society of human beings.

They are a cute group of egg relatives, "egg kisses are so kissed". We feel from the bottom of our hearts that this group of people is cute and amiable, but this group of people has his joys and sorrows, his pursuits, in fact, I vaguely feel that there is still a feeling of neglect, they still lack care and comfort.

For example, we once said three pain points and four needs, but in fact, in addition to the needs, there are more pursuits in their hearts. This pursuit is the pursuit of a better life for the family, the pursuit of a better life for individuals, the pursuit of a more standardized industry and a more balanced industry ecology, this pursuit is always in their hearts, but usually they lack warmth and lack of care. In fact, everyone has a beautiful side in their minds, Confucius said that people are inherently good in nature, and we believe that all people are good in their hearts. This kind of good beauty needs us to call, we need to wake up, so we need an organization, an ecology to call for the beauty of human nature, the brilliance of human nature, so that our humanity can emit brilliance, so that we shine on each other, when we shine with the brilliance of humanity, then our industry really begins to mature.

We have a lot to learn from the wende of the chicken above, but the most important is the pursuit and belief mentioned earlier. When we have a pursuit in our hearts and a belief, in fact, the pursuit is a kind of faith, faith is a pursuit, the pursuit affects our minds and behaviors, and faith leads us to the path of beautiful glory. If we are really inspired by the wende of the chicken, the wende we understand can really inject into our hearts, our hearts are certainly full of joy, we will no longer be anxious in this industry, we will no longer be entangled, we are always relaxed and happy, and we are always relaxed and happy.

We call on the virtue of the chicken that we can truly inject this virtue into our hearts and into our blood, work together in this industry, serve the chicken, serve people, reflect our value, and reflect the sense of sacredness, beauty and reverence that we are engaged in this industry. We also hope that in the future conferences of our industry, more humanistic content, not every time is the epidemic, the market, the price, these issues to discuss, the real fundamental problem we have not yet touched, our fundamental problem is faith, if people in our industry have common beliefs, common values, common vision, so that our industry may enter the right track, into the standardization, on the road to prosperity.

And the most important thing is that we have others in our hearts, we are in the chicken world, and the people who carry the chicken world must also be loaded with people outside the chicken world, and this pursuit is also a kind of faith, and this belief is a kind of altruism. We do this not for ourselves, but for the sake of others, for the benefit of others, for the sake of those outside of us for their happiness. We are in this industry, everyone is happy, we want to engage in the service outside of our industry, they are also happy for everyone, this is the chicken road, this is the faith.

I hope that this pursuit will accompany us throughout our lives and accompany us throughout the entire process of engaging in this industry. In this way our hearts are safe, our hearts are beautiful, we have no guilt, no sense of guilt, we are engaged in this industry has a sense of sacredness, I think so that we really start to have a little bit of culture, culture really begins to live in our hearts, really let culture in our chicken world can sow seeds, blossom, bear fruit, and then we can all enjoy the well-being and joy that our industry brings to all of us. This is the pursuit of Ji Egg Hall, and I think it should also be the pursuit of all egg relatives, so that this pursuit will always stay in our hearts!
