From January 20 to 21, the Shenzhen Experimental Base of the South China Sea Fisheries Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences held a seminar on basket fish breeding and breeding technology exchanges, with a view to accelerating the research progress of genetic breeding of yellow-spotted basket fish. Professor Zhao Jun, Professor Bin Jinhua and team members of the School of Life Sciences of South China Normal University were invited to attend and make academic exchanges. All the scientific researchers and joint training graduate students of the Shenzhen Experimental Base participated in the special exchange seminar.
At the exchange meeting, Huang Xiaolin of Shenzhen Base was entrusted by Researcher Lin Heizhao, director of the shenzhen base, to first introduce the basic situation of the base and make an academic report entitled "Breeding and Population Genetic Structure of Macular Basket Fish". Professor Zhao Jun and Professor Bin Jinhua successively explained the breeding technology and molecular markers of basket fish, and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions based on the current research situation, which further expanded the academic vision and innovative thinking of young researchers of the South China Sea Institute. After the meeting, Professor Zhao Jun and his party visited the anti-wind and wave cages, factory circulating water workshops, high-level ponds and other breeding facilities in the Shenzhen Experimental Base.
