Last year, after visiting the workshop site of the above-mentioned fresh food production enterprises many times, Huang Ying guided the enterprise to build a 1,000-square-meter low-temperature operation workshop and 5 cold storage, and at the same time helped the workshop to select equipment and upgrade production lines, select advanced equipment at home and abroad, and realize intelligent and standardized production transformation.

The freshness of fresh products has an important impact on the transportation, sales and other links of fresh products. To this end, the team compared and analyzed the influence of different filling gas ratios on the quality of cold fresh meat in modified gas packaging for the modified atmosphere packaging of special livestock and poultry products such as Datian black pig, Minqing hairy foot chicken, Fujian black rabbit, Putian black duck, etc., and finally selected the appropriate gas proportion of various cold fresh meat. The optimized modified atmosphere preservation process extends the shelf life of cold fresh meat, so that the company's preservation technology can keep up with the first-class level at home and abroad.

Luo Nianbei, Xu Zhiyong, etc. gave full play to their professional advantages and guided the fresh food production enterprise to establish a logistics distribution service system and big data analysis, etc., to improve the production efficiency and production capacity of the enterprise, to provide a stable supply of fresh cut meat products for local supermarkets, and to deeply integrate new retail formats, greatly expanding sales channels. In 2020, the fresh food production enterprise will achieve an annual output value of nearly 70 million yuan, drive 4 upstream livestock and poultry breeding enterprises and cooperatives, help 30 farmers through industry drive, and provide more than 40 jobs for local industrial farmers.
