Guan Yinzi: Knowing that this body, like the body in a dream, those who see it with affection can fly the god as me and swim too clearly. This thing, such as a dream object, can condense the crop and drive the eight wildernesses. It is the Tao, who can see the spirit and live for a long time, and can forget the spirit and transcend the life. Inhale to nourish the essence, such as gold to produce water, suction to nourish the gods, such as wood to make fire, so the false external to extend the spirit. Gargling water to nourish the spirit, the reason why the essence is not poor, the fire to nourish the gods, the reason why the gods are not poor, so the false inner to extend the spirit. If the man forgets the spirit and transcends the life, I have tasted what I have said.

Being able to realize that this body is like a dream body, just by seeing it with emotion, you can leap over the Yuan God and travel to the Taiqing Realm. Being able to realize that this thing is like a dream object, just by seeing it with emotion, you can condense and transform it into all things to control the vast land of the Eight Wastes.

To understand the inconceivable way, to see the spirit, and to live forever; to forget the spirit, and to transcend life and death.

Inhaling with the nose, protruding in and out slowly, can nourish the essence, such as golden water. With the nose to lead the breeze, slightly back and forth, you can cultivate a calm mind, like a wood to make a fire. This is the Dharma borrowed from external objects in order to extend my spirit. Rinse the liquid and maintain its essence, do not let it go, the essence can be benefited and endless. The hand rubs the navel chakra, making it as hot as fire, and God can benefit infinitely. This is the Dharma borrowed from within in order to prolong my spirit.

As for the method of forgetting the spirit and transcending life and death, I have already said it.

Guan Yinzi said: People are diligent in etiquette, and gods can gather gods; people are diligent in wisdom, and their essence is not transferred outwards, and they can take sperm. Ren is yang and clear, and can lighten the soul; righteousness is yin and dark, and can be royal.

If one can concentrate on rituals, then one's mind is not galloping, so one can gather one's mind; if one can concentrate on one's intellect, one can concentrate one's essence, so one can concentrate one's essence. Noh is warm and bright, so it can make the soul light. Noh is hidden and meditative, so it can rule over corpses.

Guan Yin Zi yue: Dung mantis turn pills, pills into and think hard, and there are worm white people stored in the pills, Russian shell and cicadas. Peter does not think, peter worm white?

The shell lang turns the dung ball, the dung ball turns into and then sincerely thinks, so that there are white worms living in the dung ball, and soon remove the shell and become cicadas. If you don't think about it, how can there be a white worm?
