Turkish League DarushaFakar Club announced on Wednesday morning that it had signed former NBA player Tony Douglas, 32.
Douglas played for Ephess at the Turkish league last year. He came to Sakarya early in the 18-19 season and averaged 15.6 points, 7.3 assists and 5 rebounds per game, in addition to playing six European Cup games and two Champions League qualifiers. His new club, Daru Shafaka, has won just one of its first 10 games of the season.
Douglas has played for the Knicks, Rockets, Kings, Warriors, Heat, Pelicans and Grizzlies, playing in 394 games and averaging 7.6 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 19.1 minutes per game.
