"At that time, my wish was to buy Lin Zhiying's album to listen to." Later, he was admitted to the provincial art school in Zhengzhou to study acting, "At this time, he learned that learning to act was originally to study drama, and he could become an actor in the future." Fan Ying said that before, he never thought that he would become an actor in the future.

In the year when he first entered the provincial art school, he heard that the Beijing Film Academy was going to recruit art students, and he decided to try it because he was not old enough, he lied that he was 18 years old, and as a result, he was recognized by the recruiting teacher, and he returned to Zhengzhou.

After three years of precipitation, he was admitted to the Drama Department of the People's Liberation Army Academy of Arts. It was a good result that made him "a bit of a surprise". In the strict "first and second test" assessment of military art, Fan Ying, who was tall, handsome and singing well, was well received by the recruiting teachers.

Three years of professional study in art school and four years of military art have greatly improved his performance theory and practice, and he often plays the male lead in the school rehearsal dramas. "I was really lucky to receive such a play just after graduation." Fan Ying said that this was his first play after graduating from college, and he put a lot of effort into thinking about the script, "In order to memorize the script lines, basically there is very little rest, and sometimes he stays up all night." Is there pressure to play against big stars?" No, not at all. On the phone, Fan Ying answered very dryly.

However, this drama, which he devoted a lot of energy to, could not be broadcast on CCTV as scheduled due to the sensitive theme and other reasons, and it was not broadcast on CCTV's nostalgic theater until last year.
