Jayne is a bikini athlete and fitness instructor. Born in Hong Kong and moved to the UK at the age of 7, she has been athletically gifted since childhood.
She was a school swimmer and middle distance runner in high school, as well as a long-distance runner on top local track and field teams, and was ranked in the top 10 juniors in both the 10 km and half marathons.
After a year on the long-distance running team, she decided to pursue a career in boxing in her second and third years, and later she captained the women's boxing team. After graduation, she moved to London to study at University College London, where she earned her Master's degree with honours.
In 2013, she began competing in bikinis in order to compete in the UK Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (UKBFF) competition. In August 2014, she won her first UKBFF Qualifier and won six more trophies in just three years.
