From December 2004 to October 2006, he served as the director of the Daocheng County Development Planning Economic and Trade Bureau;
From October 2006 to January 2007, he served as a member of the Party Group of Derong County Government;
From January 2007 to November 2007, he served as the deputy governor of Derong County Government;
From November 2007 to December 2011, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Derong County CPC Committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee;
From December 2011 to September 2016, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Derong County CPC Committee and a deputy county governor of the county government;
From September 2016 to June 2019, he served as the deputy secretary of the Luhuo County CPC Committee;
Since June 2019, he has served as the deputy secretary of the Luhuo County Party Committee and a second-level researcher.
