Gao Jin's cursive collection of "Taming People Sutra" Taming Zhong, Volume III: Taming People Must Be Tamed Shiye, And Taming Shi Must Be Tamed Affection

author:Ritual Calligraphy Hall

Taming people has always been a very profound science, and many people have studied it all along, the most famous of which is the "Driving Man Classic" written by Zhang Juzheng, one of the outstanding cabinet chief assistants in Chinese history, an outstanding politician and reformer of the Ming Dynasty. The book is divided into eight volumes: "Taming Officials", "Taming Talents", "Taming Soldiers", "Taming Loyalty", "Taming Traitors", "Taming Wisdom", "Taming Fools", and "Taming Hearts".

Zhang Juzheng's "Driving People" is a classic of leading art. What this hall is writing and displaying today is the three parts of the "Taming of the Classic", which says that to control subordinates, we must first start from controlling the educated and talented subordinates, and the subordinates who control the cultured and talented must do more work emotionally. As long as you respect them, you can get along with them; as long as you treat them with courtesy, you can become friends; if you despise them, you will be in chaos; if you insult them, you will become an enemy! Treat them in a dignified manner, and do not play a little clever, because sooner or later they will understand; even if they are sometimes strongly deterred, they should not be too harsh in public, because that will stab their self-esteem. Wise leaders will make them richer and more noble, and if so, you will become richer and more noble; conversely, if they are lowly, you will become more lowly.

First, the driver must also drive the soldier, and the driver must also control the affection.

The meaning of these two sentences is that to control subordinates, we must start from controlling literate and talented subordinates, and to control educated and talented subordinates, we must do more work emotionally.

Second, the honorable soldiers are harmonious, the ceremonial soldiers are friends, the contemptible soldiers are chaotic, and the insulting soldiers are enemies.

The meaning of these two sentences is: respect them, you can get along with them; if you treat them with courtesy, you can become friends; if you despise them, you will be in trouble; if you insult them, you will become an enemy!

Third, to train a warrior with a letter, his skill is not hidden; with a martial artist, his skill is Mo Yang. Soldiers are noble and noble, and soldiers are lowly and unworthy. (The remainder is volume 4)

The meaning of these three sentences is: treat them in a fair and honest way, do not play a little clever, and even if you sometimes use strong deterrence to them, you should not be too harsh in public. Wise leaders will make them richer and more noble, and if so, you will become richer and more noble; conversely, if they are lowly, you will become more lowly.
