The individual economy and the private economy, as an important part of the socialist market economy, require the party and the state and the Constitution to protect their legitimate rights and interests, and at the same time, supervise and manage them according to law, thus laying a relatively solid legal and policy foundation for ensuring their healthy development along the legal and correct track.
Article 267 of the Civil Code clearly stipulates that the lawful property of private individuals is protected by law, and it is forbidden for any organization or individual to encroach upon, loot or destroy. It is clear that private individuals can only enjoy ownership of their legally acquired property. The law only protects the legitimate property rights of private individuals, and for the property illegally acquired by individuals, not only can it not be protected by the law, but also must bear or pursue relevant legal responsibilities according to law.
