The predecessor of the company is "Xue Qu Vinegar Factory", which was founded in 1987 and is a veritable old workshop, the original site is located in the banpo of the old Yaozhuang slope, and the elderly are called "banpo vinegar factory". In 2014, because of the construction of the Jincheng Homestead, Xue Qu Vinegar Factory was demolished, and Su Xin's father wanted to take advantage of the demolition to put down the cause of making koji vinegar and raise his life. But Su Xin did not give his old father a chance, and returned to Hancheng from northern Shaanxi to find a suitable place for vinegar.

From 2015 to 2016, after visiting, examining and surveying various places, and comprehensively considering the main factors affecting product quality such as water source, light, temperature difference and environment, Su Xin found a good place in Berlin Village, Banqiao Town, which is flat and open, with sufficient light and surrounded by mountains and water. Traditional hand-brewed vinegar is a hard work, requiring a large number of heavy loads, repeating an action hundreds of times, working at high temperatures, etc. His father was well aware of the hardships involved, so he refused when Su Xin proposed to make vinegar. "Just as a vegetable seller doesn't want his children to take over and sell vegetables, my father wants me to have a decent job, and the craftsman is too hard." Su Xin said that the old man could not resist Su Xin's insistence after all, "Now, he has come to Banqiao Town again and become the chief vinegar master of the vinegar factory." ”
