Q: I heard that you came to Likang as soon as you graduated, what was your feeling when you first saw Likang?
Su Xin: I came to Likang from an internship, a xiaobai who has not yet graduated, and I am very ignorant of many things. Q: At Likang's place of work, what did you gain by returning to Shenyang after moving from Shenyang to Dalian in 2014?
Su Xin: Every time I go to a new work location, I need to re-run in with the team, each team works differently, which also makes me more aware of how to communicate with colleagues and customers, and gain more team cooperation experience and business expertise.

Q: How has it changed for you to go from reviewer to room director?
Su Xin: In the past, it was mostly a single-person operation, but now it is more of a team.
Since becoming the head of the office, I have also had an additional responsibility for my team, I hope that I can coordinate everyone's work, can lead the team forward together, and I will do my best to help other colleagues and strive to become a more responsible person.
Q: What is your work style like?
Su Xin: I think that in the industry we are in, professional rigor is a necessary attribute, because this job is related to the safety of tens of millions of workers.
Personally, Whether in front of colleagues or clients, I prefer open communication, teamwork, and higher efficiency in this atmosphere.

Su Xin: Optimistic, emotional.
