Speaking of freshness, it is because Yang Qin has joined Juntian for less than three months, plus she has never done insurance before, so she can be regarded as an authentic insurance newcomer. But she was no stranger to insurance, she had been exposed to insurance shortly after the birth of her child, although she did not do it at the time, but at that time she already recognized the concept of insurance. Later, she quit her job to start her own business, and repeatedly friends who did insurance invited her to investigate and understand, but because her career was on the rise, coupled with the lack of in-depth understanding, she had been watching.

The turnaround came after the outbreak. Because of the epidemic, Yang Qin's career plummeted, and she began to be anxious and confused. Just at this time, Juntian's friends invited her to participate in the team activity again, and the positive and stress-free atmosphere of the event site infected her, and she was determined to try it out, so she began to investigate in depth. Seeing that this newly hired insurance freshman took one insurance policy after another like picking an apple, many senior insurance veterans in the team looked straight in the eyes and asked for experience, Yang Qin smiled shyly, saying that he was still shallow, really did not have much experience to share, really to sum up, about two points, the first point is my original intention to do insurance, because my mother had a serious illness before, spent a lot of money, fortunately I was prosperous at that time, paid up. But this money should be a huge amount of money for many ordinary working families, once they encounter similar situations, they are likely to lose their homes, and I hope to use insurance to help more families protect happiness. Therefore, when communicating with customers, I am sincere and unexpected returns, which should be one of the reasons why customers recognize me. The second point is that I like to listen to stories, but also like to tell stories, when chatting with customers, will use similar stories to touch the pain points of customers, and empathize with customers.

The two points of experience shared by Yang Qin can be described as concise and profound, if you do not consider the problem from the perspective of customers, it is difficult to be a qualified insurance broker, which is the core value of Juntian, and it is also a proof of her rapid growth in Juntian. She said that she felt a sense of fulfillment that she had never felt before in Juntian, studying every morning, meeting customers in the afternoon, visiting five times a day, and accompanying her husband and children in the evening, this ideal sense of life rhythm stemmed from her strong time management ability.

Speaking of family, Yang Qin looks happy, her mode of getting along with her husband and children is more like friends, problems and choices in work and life, everyone must seriously participate and give advice, so the child is now very independent and very proud of her mother. This is probably the best state of life.
