The first few days of the fitness coach's training are basically talking about bones, joints, muscles, which are the foundation and difficulty! After all, to become a fitness instructor, you have to understand these things! Otherwise, it is not good to teach members badly! Of course, if you are a fitness enthusiast and want to improve, it is better to understand these things! With that knowledge, you can take fewer detours and exercise your target muscles more efficiently!
The following content is a copy of the information I gave, searched the headline article to talk about these things less, and sent out, the purpose is to let some people like me like fitness have some understanding!
There are a total of 206 bones in the whole body of adults, which can be divided into two parts, the axial bone and the limb bone (appendage bone) according to its presence. The central axial bone includes the skull and trunk bone; the limb bone includes the upper and lower limb bones.

The skull can be divided into three parts: the skull, the facial skull and the ossicles.
The trunk bone consists of vertebrae, ribs and sternum. The vertebrae make up the central axis of the human body and include 7 cervical vertebrae, 12 thoracic vertebrae, 5 lumbar vertebrae, 1 sacral bone (fused from 5 sacral vertebrae) and 1 coccyx (fused from 3 or 4 caudal vertebrae). The ribs are connected to the rib cartilage to form ribs, a total of 12 pairs. There is only 1 piece of the sternum.
The upper limb bone is divided into two parts: the upper limb belt bone and the free upper limb bone. The upper limb band bones include the collarbone and the shoulder blade, and the free upper limb bone includes the upper arm bone, the forearm bone and the hand bone. The upper arm bone is the humerus; the forearm bone includes the ulna and radius; the hand bone includes the wrist bone, the metacarpal bone and the phalangeal bone.
The lower limb bone is divided into two parts: the lower limb with bone and the free lower limb bone. The lower extremities are bone-bearing, i.e. hips. In infancy, the hip bone is made up of three parts of the iliac bone, the ischia and the pubic bone, which are connected by cartilage, and become a bone by bony combination in adulthood. The free lower limb bones include the thigh bone, the calf bone and the foot bone. The thigh bone is the femur; the lower leg includes the tibia and fibula; and the foot bone includes the tarsal, metatarsal, and phalanges. Located in front of the knee joint, it is involved in the sesamoid bone that makes up the knee joint, the patella, which is also among the bones of the free lower limb.
To be honest, before the theory exam, I didn't remember these things clearly, only a rough idea! In fact, a lot of things, a rough understanding of the line! Wait until it's time to dig deeper and take a closer look!
