Recently, the Yixing Municipal Affairs Service Etiquette Training Conference was held in the Yixing Civic Center, and more than 700 government service window staff in the city participated in the training in stages.

The trainees participating in the training were the staff of the Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau and the staff of the Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau (Government Service Center) of the town (park, street) in the city. During the training, the senior etiquette trainer gave a comprehensive, systematic and standardized explanation on how to maintain a good window image from the aspects of grooming, manners, and service language through the form of "theoretical teaching + practical exercises". In order to increase the effectiveness of the training, the training also added simulation links such as scenario setting and interactive guidance, so that everyone can deeply learn the skills of interpersonal communication and conflict handling.
