On October 18, Zhou Yuxian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China National Building Materials Group, attended the second special working meeting and the working meeting of the Building Materials Carbon Committee held by the China Building Materials Federation in Beijing. The meeting unanimously agreed that the whole industry must thoroughly implement the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee on unswervingly taking the road of green and low-carbon development, curbing the blind development of the "two highs" projects, and implementing the synergistic effects of pollution reduction and carbon reduction. 36 cement collaborative disposal production lines have been built, with an annual treatment of 3.59 million tons of solid waste and domestic waste, and 900 mu of landfill land.

Sinoma Anhui Cement Kiln harmlessly coordinated disposal chaohu city 500t/d domestic garbage project daily treatment of about 500 tons of garbage, the annual disposal of chaohu city about 182,500 tons of domestic garbage, can save 22,800 tons of raw coal, save about 10,000 tons of raw materials, carbon emission reduction of 70,000 tons, save 30 acres of landfill land per year (calculated according to the height of the pile 10 meters).

02 Waste heat for power generation

293 sets of waste heat power generation in the cement sector were built, with an installed capacity of 2197.3 MW, and the waste heat power generation capacity in the first half of 2021 was 4.318 billion kWh, saving 530,000 tons of standard coal and reducing CO emissions by 1.39 million tons。 The total installed capacity of waste heat power generation in the glass plate was 318.5 MW, generating 1.9 billion kWh of electricity throughout the year, saving 237,000 tons of standard coal and reducing CO emissions by 631,000 tons。

Changxing South built a 15 MW waste heat power generation system, with an annual power generation capacity of 103 million kWh, saving 12,300 tons of standard coal and reducing CO emissions by 100,000 tons。

Anhui Chaohu Cement Collaborative Disposal Of Domestic Waste Project, supporting a 27 MW waste heat power generation system, generates 170 million kWh of electricity per year at a 7% self-consumption rate, saves 68,700 tons of standard coal per year, reduces ANNUAL CO emissions by 144,000 tons, SO emissions by 143 tons, and NOx emissions by 505 tons。

Henan Shangqiu's Zhonglian Glass Float Glass Production Line was delisted and entered the park with an installed capacity of 4.5 MW of waste heat power generation project, which was connected to the grid in September 2020, and the project can reach an annual power generation capacity of 31.37 million kWh, saving 9,412 tons of standard coal and reducing CO emissions by 24,659 tons.

The 2 MW NFGIL-600t/d glass kiln waste heat power generation project in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, was connected to the grid in July 2021, and the project can achieve an annual power generation capacity of 13.44 million kWh, save 4,033 tons of standard coal, and reduce CO emissions by 10,568 tons.

03 All-oxygen combustion technology

Five all-oxygen combustion glass production lines were built, with a total daily melting capacity of 1,300 tons, an annual saving of 24,400 tons of standard coal, and a CO emission reduction of 64,800 tons.

Compared with the traditional air combustion kiln, the all-oxygen combustion ultra-white glass production line of China National Building Materials (Hefei) New Energy Co., Ltd. has increased the melting rate by more than 10%, the nitrogen oxide emission reduction has exceeded 70%, saving about 5195 tons of standard coal per year, and the kiln age can be increased to more than 8 years.

04 Photovoltaic power generation projects

99 photovoltaic power generation projects have been completed, with an installed capacity of 1450.39 MW, an annual power generation capacity of 1.592 billion kWh, and an annual reduction of CO?5876 million tons, which is equivalent to reducing the consumption of standard coal by 636,800 tons。 Among them, there are 41 photovoltaic building integration projects.
