World number one Novak Djokovic said he would reconsider entering the competition if there were no spectators at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
The Serbian star said at a press conference ahead of the opening of the French Open that he plans to compete in next month's Olympics.

Djokovic is an 18-time Grand Slam champion, but he will seek his first Olympic gold medal in Tokyo. He won the bronze medal in his debut at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Djokovic lost to eventual champion Andy Murray in the semi-finals of the 2012 London Olympics and then to Argentina's Juan Martin del Potro in the bronze medal match.
Del Potro also beat Djokovic in the first round of the 2016 Rio Olympics, with the Serbian tearfully out of the first round.
Djokovic said, "If there won't be any audience, then I'll consider whether or not to go, as far as I know, there will be some audiences, just from the local Japanese audience." There are 20% to 30% capacity. Now I'm planning to go and I'm very excited about it. "
