As a comprehensive exhibition platform for the film and television industry, the expo is hosted by the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Film Bureau, the Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, and the Jinhua Municipal People's Government, and hosted by the Propaganda Department of the Jinhua Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal People's Government, the Hengdian Film and Television Cultural Industry Agglomeration Area Management Committee, the Hengdian Group, and the Hengdian Film and Television CPPCC Committee. Yang Zheng pointed out in his speech that the Hengdian film and television cultural industry has written the story of Hengdian and the legend of Hengdian from scratch and from small to large, and witnessed the glorious course of the development and growth of China's television drama industry since the reform and opening up. At the opening ceremony, Hengdian Film and Television Cultural Industry Cluster Signed Cooperation Agreements with Tsinghua University, Shanghai Theater Academy, Zhejiang Media College, Chang play Group, Huanrui Century United Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Yihe Film and Television Production Co., Ltd., respectively; Dongyang City signed a cooperation agreement with Nanjiang County and Pan'an County on film and television cultural tourism.
