Due to the change in the class time of primary and secondary schools in the urban area, in order to improve the efficiency of road traffic around the school, in accordance with the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, it was decided to adjust the time for prohibiting left turn and U-turn at some intersections in the urban area from October 25, 2021. The notice is hereby announced as follows:

1. The east-west direction of the intersection of Shangguan Road and the east-west direction of the intersection of Yongxing Street on Kunshan Road, Monday to Friday 07:30-08:00, 11:30-12:30, 14:00-15:00, 17:30-18:50 are prohibited from turning left and making U-turns.

2. Cancel the management measures for prohibiting left turning from 17:30 to 18:30 at the intersection of Heping Road and Daling Road.

3. For violations of the provisions of this Circular, the traffic management department of the public security organ will punish it in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations, through means such as electronic police evidence collection and on-site investigation and handling.
