Biography
Song Jia, a member of the Communist Party of China, a member of the Youth League Working Committee of the Education Bureau, the director of the Jinlingzi Kindergarten Business, and the secretary of the Youth League Branch, has won the second prize of the National Kindergarten Excellent Education Activity Expert Selection, the "Excellent Volunteer" of Shanghai, the Fengxian District Administrative Commendation, the Gardener Award, the "Five Exemplars" Advanced Individual of Shide, the Young Post Expert, the Outstanding Backbone Teacher, the Characteristic Teacher of the School Curriculum, and the Outstanding League Cadre.
Major deeds
Since entering the preschool education industry in 2008, spontaneous and sunny, she has poured her youth, ideals and ambitions into the cause she loves, seriously studied education and teaching management in her work, explored teaching management methods that reflect her own characteristics, and the classes she led have been repeatedly rated as the "sage collective" of the town, the children she taught have won awards in municipal and district competitions for many times, and the teams she led won the best nomination award for civilized teams in the education system from 2014 to 2015. Because of her strong sense of responsibility, love, patience and care, she has become the closest partner of the children, the biggest "child king".
First, "one group and one product" creates characteristics
In 2011, as the secretary of the Youth League Branch of Golden Bells Kindergarten, she conscientiously formulated the League Branch Plan, combined with the characteristics of creative art in our park and the hot needs of society, "the education problem of the children who moved with them", and established "Love Classroom - Creative Wednesday" as the work brand of "One Group and One Product". She and the young teachers of the League members carried out the "Creative Wednesday" small club activities four times a month, which not only made the children feel the charm of art, but also won the appreciation and affirmation of the parents, and in May 2015, the League Branch was awarded the title of "Characteristic League Branch" in the district.
In order to promote the all-round development of young teachers, with the purpose of "service to promote the growth of young teachers" and "boosting the growth of young teachers and promoting the development of kindergartens", the service and mutual assistance activities of "Dream dancing youth and hand in hand" are carried out to enrich the amateur life of young teachers who are members of the league. She summarized the DIY projects that interested the young members of the league and carried out the "Creative DIY" activity twice a month according to the interests of the young teachers. There are handmade paper DIY, clay sculpture DIY, book clothes DIY, non-woven DIY, etc., all of which have been loved by teachers, and also injected with greater enthusiasm for work.

Love and righteousness
When she heard about the recruitment of volunteers for the "Love Summer Nursery", she and the youth members of the league did not hesitate to sign up. In the "Love Summer Nursery", she completely handed over the initiative to the children, let them select the group leader as a group to discuss and introduce themselves and their own team, and saw the children from the beginning of the escape to the discussion, to the end of the whole group of members together to introduce their team to show the whole process of the team, each team has their own different characteristics, the children are in the tacit cooperation with their peers to show themselves outstanding. On the last day of the summer nursery, she made beautiful tape flowers with the children and shared the happy times of the children together, and this summer vacation was very happy and unforgettable. In September 2016, she was also awarded the title of "Excellent Volunteer of Love and Education" in Shanghai.

"The water and the sky are beautiful"
In order to further guide young teachers to focus on key tasks such as the "Water and Sky" project and the creation of "Two Harmony and Beauty", and to radiate the volunteer team of young teachers, from December 2018 to the present, she has led the teachers of the Golden Bells Kindergarten Youth League to carry out many "Water and Sky" series of actions.
She and her youth volunteers went deep into the community to clean their homes. The green vests stand out in the winter wind and rain. They meticulously sweep the community environment, clean up the garbage and debris in the community, do not let go of every health dead end, pick up the garbage in the green belt, and clean up the debris on both sides of the road in the community.
On the occasion of learning Lei Feng on the third and fifth day, she and the young teachers brought the children of the kindergarten to the jinbihui Hongyuan environmental protection building to carry out the "creativity without limits, the home is more beautiful" public welfare activity. She and the children together used the collected waste materials to make "environmental protection posters", decorated the "environmental protection building" together, enhanced the environmental awareness of young children, and also let more children and residents in the community "turn waste into treasure" together, making the home more beautiful!
Fengxian District "Water and sky are colorful. Xianqing practices the new fashion "Communist Youth League theme carnival activities, she brought the "Mondrian Creative Pulp Lattice Painting" environmental protection creative art experience activities. The novel idea of waste paper making pulp painting attracted many participants on the scene, and she carefully guided each child in the activity, and the children experienced the fun of creative art, and improved their awareness of environmental protection of "turning waste into treasure".
She brought "Creative Fluid Painting" at the 12th World Autism Care Day Blue Public Welfare Activity held by the Fengxian District Education Bureau and the Fengpu Street Office of Fengpu District. Together with the Star Children, she used the simplest pigments and natural flowing effects to blend different textures to complete the children's innermost monologue, she encouraged the children to boldly experience the wonderful feeling of color impact, each different color, composing a colorful life, beautiful and gorgeous, creating a happy and joyful atmosphere, bringing color to the children's distant and dark night sky.

Donation of hematopoietic stem cells
Speaking of bone marrow stem cell donation, many people will think that this should be the love of the physically strong, but when she heard the Red Cross hematopoietic stem cell donation in Fengxian District, the skinny little one signed up without hesitation, and under the guidance of the volunteers, completed the registration, review, blood drawing, and finally the blood sample was put into the library, hoping to help more people through her love.
3. The chairman of the Youth League Working Committee
In 2014, she was honored to become a member of the new Youth League Working Committee. As a member of the Youth League Working Committee, she actively assisted the head of the Youth League Working Committee of the Education Bureau to carry out various league member activities, such as "FIND Good Youth", "Travel with the League Flag", "May Fourth Activity" and so on. In order to better promote the WeChat platform of the "Fengjiao Group", she will use her spare time to strengthen her own learning. From the beginning of not editing WeChat, not pushing messages, to now the production of Xiumi and the first page, it has been handy. Helped the Youth League Committee of the Education Bureau push many WeChat projects, such as "The Gift of Time", "Taste the Classic", "FIND Good Youth", etc. have been liked by readers.
Initiated and organized by her, the Little Green Worm Fairy Tale Drama Club has also been affirmed and supported by the Town Youth League Committee and the Youth League Working Committee of the District Education Bureau, and she and the youth league members have walked into the school, into the community, into the enterprise, carried out public welfare performances, and the fairy tale dramas performed have been liked by everyone, and have also been promoted on the WeChat platform of Fengxian Education.
This is the eighth year that she has served as the secretary of the League branch, and it is also the eighth year of the establishment of the League Branch in our garden, and in these eight years, the work of the League Branch has been vigorously cooperated by everyone and the full support of the Party Branch and administrative leaders, which has greatly benefited the young League members in the activities and achieved fruitful results. Her team building work was published in the sixth issue of "Fengxian Education (Comprehensive Edition)" in 2018, and led the league branch to win the honorary title of "Fengxian District Education Bureau Characteristic League Branch" in May 2015, our Golden Bell Zi League Branch was awarded the title of "Excellent League Organization" in January 2016, and in May 2017, the Golden Bell Kindergarten League Branch was rated as the Hongqi League Branch of the Fengxian District Education System, and won the May Fourth Theme Activity Excellent Organization Award, the Experience Recitation Competition Excellent Organization Award, and the Excellent Organization Award.
