According to the 10-minute comfortable walking distance, considering the characteristics of Chongqing's mountainous terrain, an intensive, compact, functional and complex comprehensive development zone is built based on the 600-meter radius of the station, and the "1368" comprehensive development circle structure is formed around the station.

Among them, the 100-meter radius of the station is the core area of the comprehensive development, the radius of the 300 meters of the station is the core area of the comprehensive development, and the comprehensive development zone of the flat area can be extended to the radius range of 800 meters of the site.

Comprehensively considering the main urban functions undertaken by the land used around the station, the rail station is divided into five types: commercial service type, hub type, public service type, industrial type and residential type, forming a comprehensive development classification system for rail station TOD.

Quantitative, i.e., integrated development capacity. In accordance with the "one case, one policy", the comprehensive development functions and development capacity of the rail stations are scientifically determined through planning, urban design and planning optimization.

Finally, by organizing the urban production, life and ecological pattern with the TOD area as the core, the functional layout of industry-city integration and work-life balance is formed. According to the relevant person in charge of Chongqing Transportation Development and Investment Group, at present, Chongqing is accelerating the construction of an urban living environment that integrates production, life and ecology, and creates a TOD "15-minute walking life circle" and "30-minute transfer commuting circle".

Up to now, the first batch of 120 site investigation work has been basically completed, and the follow-up sites will also carry out investigation work in two batches.

It is planned to complete the land transfer of 6 existing TOD projects in the four-kilometer parking lot, Straits Road, Paradise Fort, Central Park West, Microelectric Park and University Town this year.

At the same time, in order to promote the implementation of the "Special Planning", at the beginning of this year, the Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau and the Transportation Development and Investment Group jointly carried out the international solicitation of urban design plans for the line 1 micro-electric park, Laijiaqiao, Ciqikou and Majiayan Comprehensive Development Zone, in accordance with the idea of "one line, one feature, one station and one scenery", three design consulting teams with world vision and international level were selected from 23 registered design units to carry out planning and urban design work, and were selected by experts. From this, a design consulting agency was identified to promote the next stage of deepening the design.

In addition, Chongqing Communications Development Investment Group also further deepened the design of five four-phase new rail TOD projects of Shimahe, Jiuquhe East, Zhaishanping, Modern Avenue and Commerce and Trade City, and carried out cover reservation demonstration for Jin'aoshan Depot and Lion Mountain parking lot, so as to realize the integrated design of the cover plate and the synchronous construction with the main project.
