In addition to meeting the basic requirements for applying for the examination for civil servants in central state organs, all kinds of applicants should also meet the following conditions:
18 years old or older, under 30 years old (that is, born between October 1, 1990 and October 31, 2003, the same below), and 2022 new master's degree students and doctoral students (non-in-service) are not more than 35 years old (that is, born after October 1, 1985, the same below).
Have a bachelor's degree or above. Bachelor's degrees must be graduates who have been uniformly admitted by the admissions offices of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and obtained undergraduate degrees and bachelor's degrees; postgraduate degrees must be graduates who have participated in the unified examination for graduate enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities and postgraduate training units nationwide and obtained graduate degrees and master's degrees or above.
Fresh graduates in 2022 refer to graduates who graduated between January 1, 2022 and July 31, 2022 according to the academic system specified at the time of admission, and obtained graduation certificates and degree certificates at the same time, among which graduates of ordinary colleges and universities also need to obtain the corresponding registration card.
Graduates of ordinary institutions of higher learning with unified enrollment by the state have not implemented their work units (no social insurance payment records and can obtain corresponding registration cards) when they leave school and during the job selection period (the state stipulates that the job selection period is two years, that is, graduates of the class of 2020 and 2021), and their hukou, files, and organizational relationships are still retained in the original graduation school, or are retained in the graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service agencies at all levels, and graduates of public employment service agencies at all levels. They can be treated as fresh college graduates.
Those who have no work experience (no social insurance payment record) before participating in grass-roots service projects such as college student village officials, the "three branches and one support" plan, the "rural compulsory education stage school teacher special post plan", and the "college students volunteering to serve the western region plan" can apply for positions limited to fresh graduates within 2 years after the completion of the service period and the assessment is passed.
In addition to the above conditions, candidates must also meet the professional requirements that meet the requirements of the position, meet the "Physical Examination Standards for Recruiting Cadets in Military Academies and Universities" (land service personnel), love fire rescue professions and other relevant requirements.
