Kim Ki-duk left behind another spring, summer, autumn, winter and spring

With the lowest budget to complete the "combat style" shooting in a short period of time, Kim Ki-duk's films jump out of the framework of commercial films, and often use realistic themes to discuss the nature of human nature and social issues. When the audience watches his films, they often find the plot strange, but it is thought-provoking. In Kim Ki-duk's films, desire and redemption are eternal propositions, and people's lives, old age, illness and death are all carrying desires forward and seeking salvation.

It wasn't easy to make Kim Ki-duk's inspired manuscript, and the director spared no words like gold. In "Empty Room", the male protagonist does not say a word in the whole movie, and the female protagonist only has two or three lines. In his films, the characters seem to suffer from collective aphasia and can only rely on facial expressions and body movements to advance the plot. It may also be because of this, the actors who can perform Kim Ki-duk's films have very good acting skills.

Another thing worth mentioning is the picturesque composition of his films, even if it tells a cruel story, every frame is worth preserving, and in the days to come, it is repeatedly reviewed.

Kim Ki-duk was not a perfect director, and throughout his life he was subject to controversy both professionally and privately. But he has quite a personality, and has always maintained the attitude of "knowing my sins and being a prince".

Today's inspired manuscript, given to the eternal "bad boy" Kim Ki-duk.

If you stick to dialogue, feelings cannot be expressed. It is precisely because of the depth of the injury that it is impossible to say it easily.

My life experience has taught me that abnormal class relations, relationships between people without compassion, are reality.

Probably 90% of people are living the same life. But 10% of people live a more special life. Usually Korean movies show this 90%, but my movie shows this very special 10%, and if my movie can't show the audience this special 10%, then I have nothing to say.

For me, life is to harm me, to harm him, and to be killed. Harming others, being harmed by others, I myself harm myself. We are always bound to reality, and pain, discomfort, hatred, hatred, understanding, and forgiveness take time.

I don't think movies need to be so-called educational, I think movies need to throw questions.

Because if a movie ends happily and makes you emotionally comfortable, the world won't change.

Those who are wrapped in desire, who are on the edge of struggling in difficult situations, are also very beautiful, look vulgar or obscene, but if you look closely, you will find something very pure.

I fall asleep at any time, as if waking up, there will be what people call multidimensional spaces, and there are many mixed images in those spaces. I'm obsessed with showing those images in my own films.

Don't you still understand the world? Sometimes you have to give up what you like, because, what you like, others like.

What makes you so miserable?

Love is my only sin.

Spring is born, summer is mime, autumn is gone, winter embers, spring is coming again.

The cruelest revenge is love, and with me to die is your soul.

Strength and beauty are like a tight bow, and I wish to do so until I am old.

The brighter the place, the greater the shadow, and freedom does not guarantee happiness.
