"The construction of a happy community has brought us the taste of 'home'." In the construction of the "Happy Community" project, the Oriental Community Center and the Party group service station have achieved more optimized spatial layout, more complete functional configuration, warmer environmental atmosphere, richer carrier activities, and more intimate service provision, and won the unanimous praise of community residents.
In the past, the office windows of the Oriental Community were all located on the first floor of the center, and the isolated office counter was adopted, the masses lined up to do things, and left after the completion, and there was less communication and exchange between cadres and groups. Nowadays, the isolated office counter has been changed into an open and interactive "big living room", where community staff, property personnel and residents sit down and communicate face-to-face, so that residents have the same feeling of going to the community to do things as if they were going to a neighbor's house to chat.
Recently, in the Songpu Garden Community, many residents walking or commuting by will come in curiously to "take a look". After the construction, the first floor of the Qinghu Community Center was equipped with sofas, chairs, a book corner, and free tea. The community comprehensively implements the centralized office of staff, optimizes the spatial layout, and uses more space as a position for party members and the masses to learn, activities, and services, so as to achieve "minimization of office space and maximization of service functions."
